Serene Oceanfront Living
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in South Nags Head, Tides Times is an old Nags Head-style home that is the perfect haven for summer getaways. Close to everything the historic town has to offer, but with privacy and the beach right at your doorstep, this 5-bedroom retreat treats visitors to blissful oceanfront living.
Pull up to a large parking area with 2 covered carports to easily unload your beach essentials. Enjoy ample breaks in your sunny private pool or unwind poolside in the neighboring hot tub. At the end of a busy beach day, it's easy to rinse off your sandy toes in the enclosed outdoor shower.
The main entry (which can be reached by ramp for easy access to the upper level) takes you to a large covered wraparound deck with stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze when the sun is just a little too hot. Serving as the main gathering place, the bright living area features cozy furnishings situated around a Flat Screen TV and boasts direct ocean views. Put your culinary skills to the test in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and bar-style seating. Your family will love sitting down to a seafood feast in the adjoining dining areas or getting fresh morning air as you sip coffee made in the new Keurig.
Rest well in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms on the main level including 2 King Master Bedrooms with a full bath (shower only) and double vanities. You'll also find a third King Bedroom with use of the common Full Bathroom, just off the Kitchen area.
The top-level is home to a large Recreation room overlooking the main floor where you'll find 1 Fold-Down Sleeper Sofa, a custom game table, and a 4K TV with a JBL Sound System with Hulu—perfect for family movie night! An additional Queen Bedroom is found on this floor along with a fifth bedroom containing 1 Single and 1 Bunk Bed. A full-sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently accessible from the hall.
