The only good thing about the place is its right on the beach and I could watch my kids from back porch. The pictures are very misleading. When we first got there, the place was dirty and the first night we had 1 bed with no sheets because they gave us the wrong size. We were completely underwhelmed from what we thought we were going to get but eventually just settled in for the week we were there and accepted it. - 2 of the 3 bathrooms are extremely small and the water pressure barely removed the sand from our bodies - Only TV is in living room so our kids couldn't escape to another room to watch something else. - Dryer makes the loudest squeaking noise while running - The upkeep on the place is very minimal and dingy Long story short, its worth half of what we paid for and way under expectations. Overall it wasn't terrible once we accepted it, but not worth the money we spent and I would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

First thing was when we got there we had to wait 45 minutes to get into the house. Whoever is in charge of updating the keypad lock did not do so and we had to wait for after hours maintenance to give us another code. Check in is at 5 when the rental company office is closed. Photographs of the house make it look cleaner and nicer than it really is. The window sill by the front door was falling apart with what appears to be black mold or mildew which we didn't notice till the end since we kept the blinds closed all week for privacy from the main road. There were constant ants on the floor and counter tops in kitchen and common area bathroom. Tub floor looked gross. We found and caught a huge cockroach in one of the bedrooms near the end of our stay and there are a ton of cockroaches on the deck over looking the beach. You can see them during the night as they come out in the dark. There were big crickets in the house as we found two of them and many baby crickets. The deck ceiling was gross and falling apart. The hot tub cover was disgusting but inside was okay. A hottub maintenance person comes in the middle of the week unannounced and comes right onto the deck and looms at the hottub which no one mentioned to us happens so it caught us off guard. The deck railing out front of the house is not secure so don't let your kids lean on it. The fridge smelled like old seafood had gone bad. In the middle of the week out water stopped working. Apparently they pay water bills quarterly not monthly and the homeowner is responsible in paying utilities. Well the homeowner did not pay and so the water was shut off. Seaside vacations said they would handle it and it was being taken care of and would be back on within the hour. Well an hour and half later it was still not on and Seaside Vacations office was closed. They left us without making sure we actually had water!! Terrible customer service if you ask me. Obviously they don't care enough to make sure their renters are taken care of. After hour maintenance used connections to get a guy out to turn the water back on after having no water for almost 4 hours. Couch was dirty looking and sticky. Floor under couch looked like it had never been cleaned. Beds are like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, which some people like, not us. Bed sheets and some towels had stains on them. One stain looked like old blood. Only good thing of the house was the beach access and views of the ocean as the house is beach front.
