About this apartment rental

The Blue Mesa Lodge and Condos offer centrally located on-mountain accommodations in the heart of the Mountain Village core.

Enter the fourth-floor room (with elevator access) into the sitting area, which has a 28-inch TV with a DVD player. There is a small countertop area with a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, toaster, coffeemaker with starter coffee, dishes, and a small seating area for four guests. There is no stove in this unit. From the balcony, enjoy views of the plaza below and San Sofia Ridge beyond the ski lifts. Up the spiral stairs, there are two twin beds in the loft (recommended for children). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The complex is ski-in/ski-out, just feet from the Lift #1 and #4 ski runs.

Need more room? Blue Mesa 40C can be booked along with sister units 40A and 40B — all three spaces can be combined with adjoining doors for a true group-friendly stay!

- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that units 40A, 40B, and 40C can be combined with adjoining doors if booked by the same guest.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This condo had enough space for our family of 4. The upstairs has two twin beds but one of them is cut off by a window so the person staying there should be a small child shorter than 5’. The location is great in terms of skiing. Parking wasn’t bad just not close. Unloading/loading was not fun nor close to property. Ski locker was convenient. The condo itself sits above a restaurant that has patio lights on all night so bring sleep masks as the inside of the entire condo is very bright. Rent this for the ski location! The key pad to the door was very convenient as our family skied at different times and no card was needed.

We stayed here 5 nights with our two teenagers. Pros: We loved the ski-in/ski-out convenience. Easy to pop in to get another pair of hand-warmers during the day. We also appreciated the cleanliness, and perfume-free sheets and towels. But, the housekeeping crew had an off day before we arrived. While hunting for my son’s lost airpods, we found some rotten food under the fridge, and trash debris under the bed. Yuck. The furnishings are in desperate need of an upgrade. The beds upstairs are short - both my teenagers had their feet dangle off the end. Loved the antelope trophy mount! Cons: Lack of parking spot. It is now $50 a day to park in Mountain Village. You can only pay one day at a time, with the day beginning at 6:30am. Every morning I’d have to login to the Park Moblie App at 6:30am to pay for another 24 hours. This was an extra annoyance and expense we were not anticipating. Lack of a kitchen was a major inconvenience. There is no stove, oven or dishwasher. There are only the same basic amenities of a hotel room. Our family missed a full-stocked kitchen to cook meals after a long day on the mountain. The condo is brightly lit at night. The gable windows let the bright lights of Mountain Village shine into the condo all night. If you are used to sleeping with lots of ambient light, you will feel right at home. If you need a dark room to sleep, you will not get sleep. We will go back to renting condos in town. We want a home away from home. This was not it.

Clean well kept efficiency suite. Kids loved sleeping in the loft. Very convenient to the happenings of Mountain Village and the ski hills. We definitely consider this place for our next trip to Telluride.

Our family of 4(2 adults, 8yo, 12 yo) stayed at this lovely little condo for a ski vacation. The ski in/ski out feature was fabulous and you are literally steps from restaurants. The village market(for groceries) is a short gondola ride away. The views were amazing. The property management company was very responsive any time we had any questions.

The property was nice. There was no address on the building so it was a little hard to find. Location to the Mountain Village and the Gondola was great.

This couldn't be more smack dab in the middle of the village. Room was nice, access was smooth; and it was walking distance from everything. Be sure to plan extra $$ for parking, as its not cheap; but that's telluride. Great visit.
