We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean with great amenities. The host was very prompt with any correspondence that was needed. Highly recommend this location. Great view of the gulf and very close walking proximity to the beach. Could not have wanted more. Will be back.

So the first issue, was getting into the facility. I was trying to get in at what I would consider, the front door. Nope, had to get in at the basement/bottom door. The front door does not lock from the outside and the indoor stairs are treacherous. also, except for the kitchen sink - NOTHING else drained properly - all bathroom sinks and tub backed up-the cleaning crew left Draino -which didn't help! Also, our pet could not use the backyard -there is some sort of flea/bug problem - we were constantly bathing him. Location and beach were great, but overall, the house needs some updating/attention.

We all had a fantastic time on our vacation. The house was very clean and was very pleased with the location. It was short walk to the beach access just across the road and the golf cart was very handy and a fun treat. I mean sometimes you just don’t want to drive the car! They had extra beach towels and a washer and dryer to wash your clothes so you didn’t have to worry about doing that when you get back home. We are already planning on staying here again!! Until next time! I highly recommend.

Mr. Tim was wonderful and extremely considerate. This place has everything we could have asked for. We stayed with a group of 6 ladies between the ages of 56 and 62. The beds were very comfortable. We mostly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the 6 seater golf cart. Thank you, Mr. Tim, for sharing your lovely home.

This house was perfect for our family. We have five kids and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own space. The house features a huge deck that we were able to spend hours on enjoying the view of the ocean. It was also a convenient bike ride to the Horseshoe and the Hub/Chill. This is a home we will return to in the future as it was perfect for our family of 7 and our pup who enjoyed his first family vacation.

This beach home was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving get away! Its situated right on 30A with very close access to the beach just a short walk across 30A. The location is perfect to get to any of the beach communities along 30A (Rosemary, Alys, Big Chill, Seaside, Seagrove). The house itself was older but updated well with a beautiful second story open air deck to watch the sun set on the ocean or see the stairs at night. The living room had plenty of space for our small family to hang out, play games, and watch movies. You can even see the ocean from the large windows! Lastly, use of the golf of cart was a blast; but be sure to check out where you can and can’t park in certain communities before hand. And of any road or bridge closings ahead of time. It was fun to ride down to the Big Chill to walk our dogs and hang out. The only thing to be mindful of are the sand spurs when you walk your dogs. That’s not just for the house but anywhere along a walking path on 30A. The hose was super friendly and responsive! Our stay couldn’t have been any better!

The location and beach access are great. Every time I asked the host a question he responded within minutes. Great communication. The use of the golf cart is the icing on the cake. Property allows dogs, but unfortunately dogs are not allowed on beach. We were stopped by code enforcement but he did not give us a fine. Really nice guy and under stood that we honestly did not know. Overall, property was great! Would stay there again. It may not be as fancy as a lot of properties on 30A but served its purpose and was well equipped.

Great location but this house needs updating. Sliding door doesn’t lock, main front door keypad doesn’t even work. Didn’t have any sheets upon arrival for the pull out couch, roaches in sinks and shower, downstairs bed partially broken. Luckily it was close to beach access, for price per night would rather stay somewhere else.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach house was very close to beach access. The property was clean, well decorated, and spacious for a family. We enjoyed the balcony porch. The owner is prompt to reply and was very kind. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome location, beach access less than a minute, that ensures you don't miss any surise & sunset. closed by with all the famous 30A beaches & Publix. On top, Host supported all the way with tips & tricks. Brand new Golf Cart was cherry on the cake.

I had to contact the property manager to obtain the entry codes, as absolutely no check-in instructions or welcome information were ever provided. Sliding door on porch broken and inoperable; very low water pressure in shower; wooden trim breaking/broken in multiple places; rugs are old and worn out; kitchen faucet missing pieces, so water only sprays in a fine jet blast that splatters everywhere; clothes washing/drying inconveniently located in detached garage area; construction directly between the house and the beach blocks views and creates loud noise from 7 am until as late as 10 pm; yard poorly cared for and is full of sharp thorny plants that stick in pets paws and human feet;

The house was in a great location. We got a ton of use out of the golf cart; having that was a game changer! Timothy was super easy to communicate with and responded to messages very quickly. This was our first stay on 30a and we're in love! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for sharing your beach house!

Nice property. Very clean and convenient to the beach. Nice golf cart but the traffic was terrible. No speed limit enforcement. Too dangerous to drive on the road with our children. Restaurants over priced. Shops very expensive. Overall we had a good time. Enjoyed the beach, dolphin cruise, and the aquarium.

Our family of 4 humans and 3 dogs had a wonderful stay. The home is perfectly situated across from beach access. Proximity to Rosemary Beach and seaside is wonderful. The house is very clean and well appointed. We particularly appreciated the separation of the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms as our two kids are now young adults so they had their separate space. Tim was very accommodating and communicative. I would think we were getting special treatment, but I saw the other reviews so I know that’s just how he handles his renters. Thank you, Tim!

30A stay in cozy home with easy beach access

We booked Ohana house late for the season for my family (my husband and I and two adult children and their guests plus two dogs). It was great. It had a nice ocean view (that won’t exist next year due to construction). The deck was great in the evenings to have the sea breeze. The house is located directly across street from public beach access so no having to find a place to park the golf cart. It is very well situated near Alys and Rosemary Beach communities and lots of restaurants in biking or golf cart distance.

The beginning of the trip started out rough. Outside of house Ahmad full trash can and a mess a couple lights out in the bathroom. Timothy got cleaners out to fix the problem. Then had issue with washer and Timothy got someone out on Monday and fixed it right away. House is on awesome location on 30a across from beach walkover. Got bikes for my teenagers who biked to the Hub daily for snowballs. Great week at the beach

This property is fantastic. We had 8 people, (two teenage boys + 4 twenty-something’s + mom and dad) and had plenty of room for everyone. Beach access is literally across the street and the golf cart allows easy transportation to all the local spots. The owner is very responsive and the home itself it just beautiful.

First time staying in this area, and definitely will not be my last! The house was so clean, and had everything we needed! The huge porch was great for morning coffee and late nights! We have a family of four with two teenage daughters and our little 4 legged Frenchton. As we drove up to the beach house we were very pleased with the location and the ease of finding the home. Little did we know we were directly across from the beach access. You are just steps away from having your toes in the sand. The evening sunset views from the top balcony was stunning. We loved the location of the house and the distance between the restaurants and retails shops and Starbucks was a plus too. The golf cart come in handy because we never had to use my truck, we were able to travel via the provided street legal golf cart our whole entire stay. Our house was extremely clean, the decor was newly updated. Overall I would rate this home a 10. We definitely will be coming back and booking with Timothy. He made it super easy. Just stayed here with the family (including 2 teens) and my sister and brother in law for a quick getaway. We would have stayed longer if it weren't for work obligations and our teens' summer sports packing our schedule. The location is PERFECT! Directly across the residential street from the beach and beach access. Since it is a residential area, the beach was not as crowded as other, more commercialized/touristy areas. The house itself is perfect, too! It was super clean (pictures are true to form), fit the 6 of us comfortably, and the amenities provided were more than expected. Plenty of beach gear, golf cart, extra linens and towels...even provided kitchen and bathroom necessities which are not usually provided in a rental house. The owner/host was very accommodating and available for any questions. We are already looking into coming back later this summer and fall! Can't wait to unwind and unplug again.

I would stay forever if I could!

The house was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t believe how amazing the location was! We had 3 adult couples and having the 6 seater golf car was a huge plus! We were able to take it to all the good spots (seaside, Rosemary, the hub). The house was absolutely spotless and came stocked with plenty of towels, linens, shampoo, soaps etc… we will for sure be looking to comeback for a fall trip with our kids!
