Cons: was blood on the comforter in one bedroom, multiple hairs on the bed in another bedroom, no hot water in one of the bathrooms, 50 degrees in the house when we arrived, the upstairs TV's don't work and rats scurried off each time I entered the trash room. Pros: convenient, spacious, nice/updated kitchen and a family of dear frequently visited the back of the home

Condo matched the description accurately, and was a great getaway for one night. The only issue was that we never received a correct activation code, and the property manager never replied to me when I reached out to get it. Thank goodness the maintenance manager was in the neighborhood, and after verifying my identity and reservation, he let us in. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get in, and with limited cell service, would’ve likely had to leave the mountain. If crisis had not been averted, it would have been a devastating birthday celebration. I still have yet to hear from the property manager about sending me an incorrect code, and it’s hours after check out, so not pleased with that. But again, the condo itself was perfect.

Spent 4 nights with a group of 5 dudes for Snowshoe Bike Park's opening weekend. Black Bear Crossing was perfect for our group. The hot tub and outdoor common area was awesome for hanging out after a long day on the trails. Easy access to trails and the Village. Can't wait to come back again.

The townhouse was clean, easy to access and most importantly actually has beds for the exact number of people it lists that it can sleep (with couches to spare)! The entire unit was recently updated and had many of the necessities to cook (pots, pans, dishes and silverware). Would definitely recommend this vrbo for your next ski trip.
