Escape to our beautiful 3.5-bedroom mountain retreat, perfectly located in Snowmass Village, Colorado! Whether you're here for a family getaway, a friends' retreat, or simply to enjoy the mountains, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The Home:
Our spacious, split-level home is connected by an adorable spiral staircase, offering a unique and cozy layout.

Main Living Area:

The open-format kitchen features ample cooking space and bar-top seating, making it perfect for family meals or holiday feasts. It’s fully equipped with all the essentials.
A large dining table opens to the living room, which includes two comfortable couches, sitting chairs, a TV, and a fireplace—perfect for gathering with family or friends.
Upper Level:

Two spacious master bedrooms, each with a King bed and large bathrooms featuring a bath/shower combo and significant vanity space.
The entrance area includes a large mudroom for gearing up, along with a dedicated laundry room for mid-stay convenience.
Lower Level:

A third bedroom with a King bed and closing doors for privacy.
The downstairs living room features a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed, plus a small open-format office space—perfect for remote work.
There’s also a storage pantry and an expansive half bath.
Outdoor Space:
Our home features wrap-around decks with stunning views of Mt. Daly, Snowmass Village, and the golf course. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying summer evenings with friends or family, with comfortable furniture for relaxing or dining outside.

Amenities & Parking:
The complex has parking for one car, and guest parking is often available.
A shared outdoor hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.
Please note, our home is located near the end of the complex, and there are a number of stairs to reach us—well worth the climb for the incredible views!
