About this house rental
This lovely home combines those all-important elements: space, style and location. Sitting just 400 metres from the beach in the hub of Mollymook itself, you're certainly in a top position for a beach holiday. The house itself is modern, but warm and welcoming, tastefully decorated and fitted out to comfortably house a party of 10. And what's a beach holiday without views of the sea? Take time to sit on the balcony, wine in hand, and soak up those horizon vistas.
Upstairs is where you'll spend most of your time, the open plan lounge capturing sea breezes and enjoying views of the ocean from its elevated position. You'll love the large covered wrap-around deck: enjoy a wine after a day at the beach, cook on the BBQ and eat alfresco. Alternatively, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with a large pantry is begging you to cook up a storm, providing everything from microwave and dishwasher to the all-important coffee machine - Expressotoria. To avoid damage to the machine only use compatible Espressotoria® System capsules which are specifically designed for the system and machine. You can buy them from Coles and Woolworths.
The dining area seats 8 with further seating at the generous island bench, as well as out on the deck. Relax in comfort in the lounge with both a slow-combustion fireplace and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans. Enjoy a show on the smart TV at night with the stars glittering in the background.
The master bedroom with King bed enjoys the same water views and the upstairs family bathroom offers 2-way access, with a bath and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms in the house have built-in robes and ceiling fans.
Downstairs there's an additional lounge with TV and ceiling fan, perfect for the children or to escape to for some quiet downtime.
The bedrooms downstairs comprise of a further queen and double, a tri-bunk and a single. All rooms are nicely appointed and all linen and towels are supplied. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The fully fenced yard is turfed, perfect for children to enjoy a play, and there is plenty of parking.

Overall the property was comfortable, clean & enjoyable & location to beach, Golf Club & coffee shop excellent.
We were amazed that all outdoor seating (except for 2 chairs) was at the back of the veranda where you were unable to see the beautiful beach & sea views.
The garden needs some attention & we were disappointed that the lawns were long & over grown & the young children were unable to play on the back lawn.
Plus the clothes line was broken, annoying with all the wet beach towels etc.
Great storage in all the built in wardrobes but no shelves or drawers in the wardrobes.
Strict instructions to clean the bbq but no cleaning utensils provided.

Beautiful home, not even 5mins from the beach. Will need to drive up to Milton and Ulladulla however as we know the area quite well we knew it would either be close to the beach or the town. We opted for beach. Coming from Sydney it was magical not to hear 1 car at all at night! It was crazy nice.
Side note - the water tank wasn’t on when we got there leaving my 30wk pregnant self and my 7month old niece to boil/ have a cold shower. The realestate will call you morning of your check in I highly recommend bringing this up so they can assure it will be switched on earlier as neighbourhood kids come and turn it off.
We didn’t have hot water till the next morning.

The house is in a great location, was super clean and had a great layout for lots of people. However, the kitchen could be better equipped, particularly considering that the house is advertised as sleeping 12. For example, only 1 wooden chopping board and only 8 full sets of cutlery -OK if you plan to eat out, but inconvenient if you plan to cook and eat lots of communal meals.

Property was presented as advertised and proved a great base for a week stay. Close to Golf Club and beach; short stroll.

A lovely place to stay. Close proximity to the beach and places to eat. The house was clean, we could of benefited from more kitchen utensils (whisk, measuring cups, more platters etc). It was nice being provided with a coffee machine and pods (this didn’t go unnoticed). The yard and garden was a little overgrown, which took away from the aesthetic of the property. Overall we had a good stay. We would come back and stay here again.
