The home was everything our group of 5 adults and 4 kids needed. Great kitchen, comfortable living room, and nice layout of space. The video games and disc golf were frosting on the cake!

We stayed for 2 nights and would loved to have stayed longer! My staff and I attended a conference in the area and the house provided plenty of beds for us to feel comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms to allow all 10 of us to get ready each morning! We all enjoyed and said that we would not have any issues with staying at this location again!

The accommodations were over the top, got a visit from the judge, did the Ark Encounter and Museum, enjoyed the small town hospitality and was awesome knowing we had a safe place to lay our heads down every night. Have already recommended to friends and family to stay when in town.

We were very pleased with the house - plenty of room for our entire crew. Spent two nights while visiting the Ark Encounter ( 5 minutes away) Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the manager was great.
The only things I’d point out is that on the listing it shows 2 bedrooms as having a twin/single and a queen bed - these are not actual beds - they are cots - only one had a frame to put the mattress on. It worked fine for us though - one was used by a toddler on the floor and the other by a small teenager.
The only other thing was that it’s about a 10 minute drive to any restaurants ( which other than fast food - were very limited- and several were closed on Sunday and Monday)
We did eat dinner ( ordered online/to go) at Beans cafe and Bakery. Everything we ordered was very good and we also bought a loaf of their sourdough. Coffees and doughnuts looked like they would be yummy too, but we ate our breakfast at the house.
All that said - we would stay there again and would definitely recommend it.
Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing visit.

House was renovated and everything is "new", but not necessarily as nice as it looked in the pictures. The floor is like walking across the ocean floor, up/down/up/down. There was no coffee pot when we arrived, we had to go buy our own and request two different times to get a refund on the purchase price.

Our extended family really enjoyed our stay. Don't let the outside of the building fool you; there's lots of space inside with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The big family room and comfy sectional were great for watching a movie together and the large dining table was just perfect for games. If you are planning to visit the Ark Encounter (or need an idea for an activity), we highly recommend that too; very close. We didn't get to explore the little town, but loved the burgers and fries from Hansie Flip Burgers. The KY Horse Farm down toward Lexington is also worth the drive. Owner/management company were always quick to answer any questions beforehand and during our stay.

Clean and fine. However, deck was under construction and not available Friday night. When got back Saturday, still was finished and all the workers were there having an end of day party/bonfire. We wanted to be out there but was unavailable until late. Not a big deal but should get a reduced price. Not what was promised by the pictures.
Limited silverware. If holds 12, need more than almost 12 of everything.
Good part was that it was clean!

I had a great stay at this wonderful property. The movie room had incredible surroundsound and large couches for my entire family. It had all of the amenities plus a few extras that made this day really nice. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

It worked out perfect for our large group. Ages 4-75.
Nice room arrangements for grouping and for privacy. Well functioning kitchen. TV in every room but I don't think we ever had one on. We did the ark and Creation museum, visited, played games. A wonderful time all around.

This property was everything it advertised. Very clean, well stocked, easy check in process. We had a mechanical issue the first night, but know that things like this happen occasionally. We had constant contact with the property manager to resolve the problem and take care of us in the interim. This is an amazing place, especially for large groups, who are coming to see the Ark, which is only about five minutes away. I highly recommend it!

I planned a getaway for my husbands retirement and invited my 2 sisters and their husbands! The house was perfect for us! The owner communication was awesome! We were literally 5 minutes from the ark and around the corner from an amazing burger place! We will definitely recommend to others and hopefully get to visit again!

Beautiful and spacious home with an inviting layout. Easy access to the highway. . Very close to Ark Encounter. Laid back and friendly Main Street a short stroll down the hill. Very relaxing trip that slowed down time.

This was an office building that was converted into housing units. The lower level was spacious and great for large groups. The upper unit might be rentable but I'm not sure. The rental sits right on the edge of town within walking distance to restaurants.

We rented the property to go the the ark encounter. The property has a great location!! You are one block from downtown. My family and I walked to dinner each night and enjoyed live music both Friday and Saturday. Perfect location and size for our family. We had 8 in our group ranging from kiddos to grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the trip and thought the property was great.

Loved this house! It's clean and large enough for a family reunion. So easy to access the Ark Encounter as well and we were happy to come home to such a nice place just 5 minutes away after a long day of walking. It was perfect for us! My 12-year-old enjoued the video games as well and it kept him entertained while we had down time. The surround sound and large tv were also fun for watching YouTube videos.

The historic side of it. It would have been great to have had a book or something inside the unit to tell the "story" behind this historic home.
