About this house rental

Welcome! This beautiful cottage is located in the Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina on the eastern end of Key West. This secluded, waterfront oasis includes outdoor pools, hot tub, on-site marina and boat dock. There's also a new bar & grill, Gumbo's, in the resort. When you want to get out and explore KW, you're only minutes from beaches, the Seaport and world famous Duval Street! Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts can be rented locally. Remember to bring your shades, flip flops and sunblock! If you've booked during summer months, we also highly recommend bug spray. KW is loaded with ""No See Um" bugs during the warmer months.

I've just recently started listing my cottage for rent on VRBO, that's why there are few reviews. However, I want to assure you I'm an experienced super host with many other rentals through my personal account and that you'll be delighted with the cleanliness and amenities provided at this Poolside Cottage.

Rental of Poolside Cottage #411 does not include or guarantee the availability of a boat slip or trailer parking. Guest must reserve a boat slip and trailer parking through Coconut Mallory Resort ahead of time. Boat slips are generally available, though we highly recommend booking in advance. Slips are $100 per day, $400 per week. Trailer parking is $75 per week on gravel, $150 per week on asphalt.

We will provide a liability waiver to be signed by yourself and other guests joining upon booking, all guests are required to complete the waiver. If you would like to review the waiver beforehand, please reach out to us.

Also, all guests have an option of paying a $59 fee that is non-refundable (it covers us in case of damage) OR you can pay a $1500 deposit that IS 100% refundable, assuming there's no damage.

Great stay, pool was very convenient. A little difficult fitting a full size pickup in designated parking spot when all units are filled. I would stay again.

The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The air conditioner worked great. The TVs were a little difficult to figure out. The soundproofing between the 2 buildings was very good. The pool was clean. It was nice to have it so close to the property. Quick access to downtown.

Great place with beautiful decor and lots of extra details and amenities provided. Nice, quiet setting but close to all Key West activities. Host responded quickly to an issue with the toilet and it was repaired immediately. We'd like to come back for future Key West visits!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Coconut Mallory Cottage. The location of the cottage is ideal as it is close to the airport. We really enjoyed the pool area, as well.we would definitely rent the cottage again.

This place is AMAZING! Has anything you’d need and is beautiful and spacious with a view of the Sunny pool! Bar on site, dedicated parking, and an absolutely wonderful garden space around the building! The orchids in the garden were one of our favorite parts! Our hosts were responsive and kind, and accommodated our late check out. Will definitely be staying again and telling all of our family/friends!

The cottage is located in a quiet resort away from the bustle of Duval st and traffic. We loved having the pool so close and had it mostly to ourselves! Instead of a high rise condo, it was a cute, one story place with a lovely porch overlooking a topical landscape. There were a few missing items: dish towels, dish drain, placemats, start up sandwich bags/wrap/foil and washcloths (not make-up ones). We were aware this was a newer rental so these are meant as helpful suggestions from seasoned renter. I apologize if these items were somewhere we did not see.

Nice location near the airport. Property was clean and decorated nicely. The host, Bill, promptly took care of a couple burned out lights on a Sunday. All of Key West sites easily accessible by bicycle. Enjoyed my stay very much.

My husband, son and I really enjoyed our stay at #411. The poolside cottage was perfect for our stay in Key West. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The Coconut Mallory grounds were beautiful and well cared for. We rented bikes through the vendor located at Coconut Mallory and used the bikes to get to the beaches and sites all around Key West. We can’t wait to return to #411 and to Key West!

Great experience. Location quite a long way from downtown - bikes are available on the property for hire (we used Uber). Harbour area was a favourite, shame boathouse wasn’t operating.

We really love this place - highly recommend it!! The condo was clean, very relaxing feel, and the bed and couch are super comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed!! The grill being right by the condo was nice. We were right by the pool which was great for a quick dip and hanging out. The property was relaxing, and hopefully the onsite dock bar opens back up soon!! It was nice to be away from the large crowds in the main part of the Key West for our stay; but just a short ride we were at the main thoroughfare whenever we wanted to. It was a nice relaxing stay and communication was good with the property owner. We really liked this place a lot and will hopefully be back to stay there again!!
