Real Dessert experience :) Location is in the middle of dessert, offering well equipped tents (basic stuff) ... I had a tent with bathroom, but no hot water ... I should be happy to have water on the dessert hahaha. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly, Jeep tour (4 hours) was great, food was decent but cooked and served very special way :)
Overall that was amazing experience for me, I'd love o try it again.
Remember this is beduin life, dessert experience ... don't expect luxury :) I was there when preparation for season starts, so not all was perfect ... anyway, staff doing everything to keep you happy. Be prepare for cold nights, have something warm to wear ;)

Very nice tants with everything you need. We had a cold night but Omar gave us blankets which can be used in north pole :-)

customer service with the support staff, great location, services provided by the hotel staff for touring, day tour was amazing
we had the same dinner meal for 2 nights; be aware of small bathroom and drain didn't work super well; didn't like that we had to pay cash for hotel payment

Personal very friendly and helpful.
Our stay was short but is good enough for a night

Terrible host Omar
Omar, the host, was terrible. HE WONT RECEIVE VISITORS THAT DONT PAY AND EXTRA TOUR WITH HIM. there's nothing on the booking advertising that states that. We reserved this booking more than a month ago. And he told us to cancel a little less than 24 hours BEFORE THE NIGHT. So there we are, a group of 6 that does not have where to stay. We had to find a solution at last minute. A hotel won't be an option, it is too expensive and we came with just the right amount. And we did not calculate we would pay an extra night. Images will be attached. They will be censored for my privacy. Omar, the host, was very disrespectful. I won't ever come here

This property is exactly as it’s states on booking.com
Clean, comfortable, beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast basic but satisfying and plenty of it.
The four hour tour was fantastic, I highly recommend this. Our guide was fabulous.
Dinner was delicious, cooked traditional Bedouin style.
The evening gathering around the fire with dancing and Bedouin Whiskey is a great way to end the day.
Would recommend this property.
This is not a dislike towards the property.
Hopefully helpful information for fellow travellers.
On arrival Omar appeared quite intimidated at first. Little did we know exactly how things work. To stay at the camp you need to book a tour. Which is fair enough as there is nothing else on offer, you are not permitted to leave the camp unescorted.
Highly recommend the 4 hour tour.
Payment for booking to be paid in cash only and at the end of stay.
Only water supplied, so if you want any other beverages, take it with you.
Check in us in the village, hard to find.
Camp is 30 min drive into the protected area in the back of a 4x4.
Low water pressure at times..

One of the best places where we stayed in Jordan.
Our guide and everybody were so friendly and welcoming, they gave us good advise and nice program plans. The jeep tour, the camel ride and the dinner with dance was an unforgettable memory, and a real bedouin adventure.
We payed a fair price for all the services we had.
The camp was exceptional, and surprisingly modern and clean, the bed was comfortable. We also had a romantic terrace with a breathtaking view for the stars at night. I can only recommend this place, thank you :)

The tend has an amazing view. Beds were very confortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.

They canceled the booking, because I refused to cancel the online booking to book direct with him, then he said we don't want arab in our camp.

Really nice stay! Tents are nice and comfortable in the middle of the desert. The accomodation was great value for money. They cook traditional food and serve tea. They will also organise tours if you want (we paid 45JD pp)
4.6
The tents were very well built and furnished. The beds were comfortable and the glass doors and porches provided an ideal place to watch the sunset and night sky from. The location is very remote, which means there is little light pollution and no outside sound. The hosts made us a delicious traditional dinner by cooking the meat and vegetables under the sand, and served us tea by a campfire.
There were no locks on the doors of the tents. As women, this made us feel pretty uncomfortable and insecure. We were the only guests at the camp, and all of the staff were men, so locks on the door would have gone a long way to make us feel safer. There was WiFi, but this was not communicated to us until we specifically asked for it hours into our stay. The password should be posted in every tent, especially as there is zero service in that location. It is important to note that there is no AC yet, but this may or may not be an issue for different people.

The tour in the desert with Abdullah! Nice person and funny guy! ;)

Nice place, nice people, well organised, friendly, good ambiance, good food, Nice desert discovery. The stories and sense of humour of Aouad.
Good service!!!
Having also some wifi in the desert at the base camp!
There was nothing we have disliked.

Very easy checkin process! Omar was in regular contact with me to confirm pickup from the town and to organise a desert tour. Everything was so simple! I didn’t have to worry about driving to the camp, organising my own tour or even cooking meals. Everything was provided. The food was incredible too!! The zarb that the crew cooked for us was insanely delicious!
Nothing! I loved everything!

It was amazing! Thank you so much for this experience!

Nice place, with very helpful stuff. We are traveling by bus, they contact us and organized pickup from visitor center to the village then to the camp. The same with drop off. They also providing jeep tour services, there are few option (full day, 4 hour), all can be discussed during your check-in and tailored to your needs and plans. The view from the terrace is stunning. Highly recommend this place.

Great staff, made us feel secure at all times. Great location in the desert. Food was provided alongside tea at all times. The apartment was clean and multiple faculties were included.

Wow - what a fabulous stay! There are lots of options when looking at Wadi Rum which can be a bit overwhelming. We picked Desert Bedouin Adventure for the reasonable price coupled with the private bathroom option. We were impressed with our bathroom and tent for the price- the water was a little bit hit and miss heat wise but with a little wait for the warm water to kick in we always managed to get a great shower during our stay. The tent itself is lovely, comfy bed and gorgeous private terrace which is perfect for sitting and reading a book and watching the sun set. The staff are all lovely & friendly. The food in the evening is lovely & the atmosphere is great in the camp generally. There is slightly patchy wifi- but for the middle of the desert we were delighted to have wifi at all! We did a standard half day jeep tour which was excellent & our second day was spent climbing Jordan’s highest mountain with Abdullah as our guide- it was a truly magical day!! We loved our time here. The whole thing came to around 250JOD for accommodation , all meals and two nights plus 2 full days activities. All we needed to do was arrive at Wadi Rum village & the rest was taken care of. I’d recommend this stay to anyone!

Everything was so perfect that I have no words to describe the place.
The tent are beautiful, with a little patio from where we saw the sunset in the desert.
The private bathroom was big and clean.
The traditional dinner was amazing, full of delicious food and tea.
After dinner, we made a campfire, drank lots of tea and saw the stars.
A special thank for Abdul, our guide for the tour in the desert, an amazing person.

The room with bathroom and balcony is beautiful and comfortable. It's not huge but the beds are very comfortable and there is hot water. The views are very beautiful, you can see the sunset from the room. The food good enough. There is a very good quality price relation.
The 3-hour tour wasn't 3 hours, the guide hardly explained anything to us and didn't accompany us. I found it very expensive for what it is. A room with a view in the desert with dinner and breakfast is cheaper than a 3-hour tour.
4.6
Super comfortable conditions, very nice and competent service, guarded parking for a private car for the duration of your stay, good food, an interesting trip to the desert.

People were very welcoming. Abdullah was a great guide he can cook very well in the desert, is sweet and gentle. The treasure of the desert. He was so nice with our kid. Omar a welcoming host. The place in perfect position to enjoy sunset and the red sand.
Rooms really clean. Dinner perfect. The tour wonderful.
Experience can’t be forgotten!
Everything perfect

Very enjoyable stay here. Tents were clean and comfortable. Meals were tasty and filling . We had an interesting 4 hour desert excursion . 8 hours was also an option, but personally we think it might be too much.
