This little cottage is immaculate and the host was on spot with immediate responses. It was a short walk to Main Street and one of the nicest, most relaxing, and clean place we have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Weaverville! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had visited Asheville before but were excited to check out Weaverville. The guesthouse was the perfect location! It was easy to check in, very clean with wonderful design and amenities. We could walk into Weaverville which we did for breakfast and dinner. It’s still only about a 12 minute drive into Asheville too! We enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck with coffee in the morning and even on rainy nights. It was a very relaxing place. We will be back!

This beautiful guesthouse is clean, comfortable and well-appointed! Easy check-in/out, prompt communication from owner and very private. My husband and I looked forward to returning to this modern farmhouse sanctuary every evening.
Located on a quiet street, in short walking distance from Main Street with fantastic restaurants. Also close to Lake Louise, which has a walking path for people and dogs. Can’t say enough about this property and its location within beautiful Weaverville!

We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house. Like all the other 5 star reviews discuss, this VRBO has all you need to make your stay more than comfortable! Beautifully decorated, well laid out kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, comfortable bed, beautiful walk in shower with his and her vanity. Great enclosed porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Very nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. Downtown Weaverville is only a few blocks away so you can easily leave your car and walk downtown to all the neat shops and restaurants. Also, very easy drive to Asheville. This was our second time staying at this fantastic guesthouse in Weaverville. The hosts Geri and Stuart are absolutely the most thoughtful and welcoming. We stayed with our senior toy poodle, and we were very comfortable. The house is steps from Main Street, and a short drive into Asheville.

Very well appointed, modern & clean home. We loved everything about this place. Great amenities. Perfect location to walk 5 min. to main street and the nature path. Short drive to Asheville. We brought our pug who also loved the cute deck where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings. Highly recommend this house & the hosts were superb. We hope to stay again!

What a cute cottage in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Weaverville. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee listening to the birds and frogs. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Geri’s beautiful little house for a visit to Weaverville to see my brother and sisters. The house was beautifully appointed and the perfect respite after a busy day of visiting! I enjoyed a glass of wine out on the back porch in the evenings, sat inside with my sister in the cozy sitting room and had coffee and breakfast in the well done kitchen. On top of all this, the upstairs has a fantastic bathroom, very functional and well thought out. The bed was the piece de resistance, comfortable with great sheets-it was awesome. As someone who loves a good nights sleep, I couldn’t have asked for better.
It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, so every morning I walked around the charming neighborhood (where everything happened to be in bloom) on my way to breakfast with my family. All the shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away-perfect walking distance. My stay was just wonderful, thank you!!

Everything was first class. The house itself feels brand-spanking new, even though we realize it has been there for more than a year. It is beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed throughout. All the appliances are the most modern version -- creating a challenge for us, since we had to learn how to operate some of them (we did!). The furniture is quite comfortable. Although we spent most of our 4 days out of the house, visiting nearby attractions and relatives from Mars Hill, it was great to come home to this beautiful house. We wish we could have brought our little beagle, who would also have loved it; but she hates to ride, so we left her at home. Our only problem was the dual heating system; we were unable to get the upstairs thermostat to respond, even though we tried to follow the directions. We solved that problem (it was too hot, even on those January nights) finally by turning on the ceiling fan, opening a window, and turning the downstairs thermostat down. Other than that, the house was perfect, and we would love to stay there again.

This was a beautiful property, just perfect for us. Clean, well equipped and very functional.
Location was fantastic, ideal for visiting major attractions in the Asheville area while being in a cute neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. Great to be able to park right outside and the outdoor space at the back of the property was ideal.
Communication with Geri was timely and accurate. Would love to return in the future.

Absolutely perfect place for a lovely weekend in Weaverville. Walking distance to so many places to explore. Beautiful separate small home. Hosts thought of everything, it’s all in the details. Where to begin? This vacation rental was so awesome! It was definitely the nicest vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. The entire quest house was well maintained, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and HVAC unit mounted above the bed kept the upstairs bedroom very cool and comfortable even with the HOT temperatures outside. The kitchen was well equipped and had the sharpest cutlery we have ever used. The outdoor porch was a great place to relax with dogs and enjoy the breeze and/or ceiling fan. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and located only a couple of blocks from the downtown area with its many local breweries and restaurants. The house is also located within a half mile of Lake Louise Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily trips to the park to walk our dogs and enjoy this wonderful outdoor space.

What a wonderful guest house! Perfect for my husband and I, with our little Toy Poodle. This property was immaculate and decorated so beautifully. The most comfortable bed in the bedroom. Geri and Stu were such gracious hosts. Just a 5 minute walk into town. The best location in Weaverville. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay!!!

Everything about our stay in this cottage was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and every detail was so well thought out. All of the furniture was so comfortable from the living room to the porch to the bed. It struck me how quiet it was even in the middle of a residential area. We spent a lot of time on the porch in the morning and evenings and enjoyed listing to the birds sing. The down town area was delightful and we ate at some of the best restaurants. We would definitely like to come here again.

Well maintained cozy place for a couple (and a small pet). Great eating places in the neighborhood. Quiet location but within an hour's drive to Roan Mountain (Applachian trail), Blue Ridge and Ashville downtown.

This is a lovely place in a great location. It is well appointed with a full kitchen and an inviting back deck. The bedroom and bathroom are soothing spaces and it's nice to have on-site laundry. We enjoyed the short walk to nearby restaurants, coffee and pubs. It's also very close to all that Asheville and the Blue Ridge mountains have to offer. We hope to return soon!
