Pool 1
• Opens on Memorial Day weekend May 27
• Open only on Weekends from May 27 to June 17
• Open daily From June 17 till September 10
Last weekend September 9 and 10.
Pool 2
• Open only on Weekends from July 1 to Sept 4
From desk will be closed for the following dates
• 11/23/23
• 12/25/23
• 01/01/24
• Exercise room will remain closed until further notice
• Maintenance of facilities: The Brigantine Beach Club will undergo a remodeling project on a section of the building starting October 1, 2021, and tentatively ending January 2022. During this time, guests should expect noise Monday-Saturday 8:00 am-6:00 pm along with seeing construction equipment on the property.
On-site construction or remodeling may disturb guests from September 21, 2021, to January 14, 2022.
Working on walls and replacing windows. Work will cause some noise.
• Mandatory, refundable Security deposit of 50.00 U.S. dollars will be collected at the hotel. Cash or Credit is accepted.
• Amenity Closure
"Fitness center will be closed from April 9, 2021, to December 31, 2021.

Saturday - Thursday 8:00 AM-10:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 AM
• Property Features:
Pool Schedule 2021: Pool 1: Opens on Memorial Day weekend; Open only on Weekends until June 13; after opens daily until Labor Day September 7; after open only on weekends until September 20 (weather permitting). Pool 2: weekends only from July 4 to Sept 7, 2021. Life Guard on Duty during scheduled hours of pools. Both Pools will remain closed for the rest of the year.
• Unit number:
The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk. If you have two or more different reservation numbers for the same stay, you will probably need to change rooms during your stay. The condo development where you will be staying will do their best to keep you in the same room, however, there are occasions when a room change will be necessary. We appreciate your understanding.
• Changes to Reservation:
A valid form of identification corresponding to the person named on the reservation must be presented.
• Room assignments are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
• Housekeeping:
A towel/linen exchange is provided once by request during each 7-day stay. Supplemental housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
• Type of Plan:
Your stay at this property is confirmed in the European Plan (No Food Included). If you require food and/or beverages, we ask you to let the Reception staff know at the time of your registration so that they can provide you with the options they can offer you in case you have such services. The total amount of your expenses generated during your stay will be billed to your account and must be paid according to the rules of the property. For any additional information, you can contact the hotel / Condominium directly.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
