Living room
The home’s kick back and relax space is an attractive one with comfortable seating offering up great views of a Roku HD Smart-TV. Maybe you’re planning a movie night or a boxset binge during your stay. Either way, here’s the place it can happen. And you can store the popcorn and drinks in the home’s impressive…

Kitchen
On those occasions you decide to eat-in instead of out at one of the many great restaurants in the local area, the kitchen provides you with all the appliances and food storage space you’ll need. Plus there are quality countertops on which to prepare tasty snacks and meals. The presence of a dishwasher is sure to prove popular - after all, who wants to spend any of their vacation washing-up?

Dining room
If you’re planning a sit-down meal, perhaps to mark a special occasion, then the large and stylish dining table with chairs provides an attractive space in which you can all sit down together. It’s a space that can double as a handy work table too once the plates have been cleared away. Or it can be the location for board or card games in the evenings if that’s your thing.

4 Bathrooms
A big group needs a lot of bathroom space, and the 4 quality bathrooms you get here will ensure no one has to wait long to get ready to go out for the day or evening. You can choose between a shower or a soak in a bath tub, and will have towels and basic toiletries provided by your hosts to use during your stay, so there’s no need to pack those if you don’t want to.

Outside space
You’re bound to want to be making the most of the great outdoors during your stay in Florida. And this home with its huge backyard and large swimming pool with night lights lets you enjoy private outside space throughout the day. Guests house access located to the right of the pool. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade and dry off after your dip, plus a table and chairs at which you can enjoy some food and drink. The owners politely ask that there be no noise after 10PM out of respect for the neighbors.

GRILL
- We provide grill for your convenience and try to keep it clean. Please, clean grill after yourself.
- If the gas tank is empty you can exchange it on almost any gas station and we will refund you money!

Pool Service is scheduled Semi-weekly, usually on Tuesday and Friday. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.

Finally, know that we do have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on-premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation.

We have 2 motion-activated recording cameras overlooking the parking and the front door which record video and audio. Another camera overlooks the backyard with a pool for safety issues. It is motion-activated and record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
