Overall it as pro and cons I personally think the price is to high. The owner is an amazing friendly and good person

It was very central and for sardinia standards modern. The person who manages it is very friendly and helpful

The toilet and the bedroom is smelling so it was a bit disgusting to sleep there

After disappointing days with airlines and unable to get to our ship on time..this night was great

I recommend this wonderful experience to anyone wanting to stay at location near the ports for cruise ships. It’s a walk away from restaurants and any shopping. Super clean and friendly owner who takes pride in her properties.

The host is very nice and is making all the effort to make the stay a good experience! The flat is newly refurbished and also bath room and everything is new. The location is very close to the station and bus station which makes life easy, also easy walk to city center. There is some noise from the trains here and there, as I kept the windows open, but there is an air condition and windows are thick.

Property is located 7-8min walk to the city center and you have a train and a bus station 2min away from the building but we preferred taxi just 15e so yeah, the room was very clean bathroom spacious and clean and you get a little balcony as well so all in all pretty good.

Very pleased and felt safe

Laura was very helpful in accommodating my arrival time and my departure time, she allowed me to leave my luggage so I could explore Cagliari with ease. She booked me at Taxi to the airport and was great with communication to ease my stay.

Easy, modern, clean, well managed and well located

Easiest check-in in Sardegna thanks to Laura. Friendly, breezy, great English, physically present and ready when I arrived. Rooms modern and clean, good size. Useful common area. Good location for me, short walk to Corso etc.

Parking options a bit tight, street secure but not free and quite competitive. Not much to complain about really!

Everything was genuinely excellent ...The staff , location, facilities , cleanliness, and even the nibbles laid out twice a day and Netflix.

Getting slightly picky, it seems a little naughty to advertise hotplates in a shared kitchen when you're actually not allowed to use them. Also, checkout by 10.00 is maybe a tad active.

the property is close to everything. good location. the host replies pretty quick incase if you have to message her to ask certain things.

having one card to open the door and to turn on the electricity. so you can’t really leave a phone charging once you leave the room. also the fridge turns off due to that. there’s a smell that comes from the toilet that makes the room a bit smelly. so we always open the window to air it out.

It is not a hotel because there’s no reception, daily cleaning, service or else but for the price it’s good.

Room was clean and the location is good

a lot to improve e.g. there’s no reception or any contact to the host except for the phone number and sometimes she cleans the property herself. We had issues finding the property but a friendly guest that went by helped us. The walls are very thin so if you’re unlucky and other guests are a bit louder you can hear everything.
