The amenity rich community includes a clubhouse, heated pool & spa, fitness room (24 hours), basketball courts, tennis, pickleball, horseshoe, soccer field, baseball field, bocce ball, children's play ground, and bike paths. Catch & release fishing from the community pier and/or designated areas.
The event calendar is full with everything from cards to exercise classes, book clubs to off-property outings. If you are looking for a lively, active place to call home away from home - this is it!
**Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 15-20 days to review. This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1306 square feet sleeps up to 6 guests. In it you will enjoy:

Master suite with king bed, ceiling fan, direct lanai access, small TV with cable and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower

Please note, there is no elevator, stairs lead to the 2nd floor condo
There are 2 smaller heated community pools and 1 large community pool and hot tub. One of the smaller pools is located for the Lancaster condo community within Stoneybrook. It is within an easy walk across the parking lot from the condo. The Stoneybrook Golf Club and amenity center is approximately 1 mile from the condo.
Stoneybrook in Estero is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately outside the community you will find the Miromar Outlet shopping center with abundant outlet stores and dining options. Next door is the Hertz Arena home to the Florida Everblades and the areas premiere concert and entertainment venue.
Just a short distance from Stoneybrook is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.
Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.
Day trips to Miami, the Florida everglades or even the ferry to Key West are must-do's during your stay, as well!
This property is approximately 11 miles from RSW International Airport, 5 miles from FGCU, and 13 miles from Bonita Beach Park.
