About this house rental
Golf course front villa with 4 bedrooms, pool and hot tub and wonderful view over a number of fairways of the Lakeside golf course. Spacious. Unique. Family Friendly.
This vacation villa is located on the golf course with a large lanai and deck and one outdoor terrace. The swimming pool has also a hot tub. Both can be heated for a fee.
The villa is centrally located for making (day) trips to Disney parks in Orlando, Tampa and other attractions in Central Florida.
The villa has an open living concept with the living room, dining room, and open kitchen.
The master’s bedroom has access to the lanai and the pool. Adjacent bathroom with a double sink, enclosed toilet and combination tub/shower. There is a walk-in closet.
The 3 guest bedrooms (2 QUEENS, AND 2 TWIN BEDS) are located on the other side of the house and share a second bathroom with access to the pool and the lanai.
Comfortable furniture, a separate toilet for guests off the kitchen, washer and dryer and a 2-car garage makes this a great vacation home! Free WIFI and HD TV (bring your ROKU ).
All kitchen appliances and additional items are available: oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and more.
There is a large swimming pool. The lanai and pool are screened in. If you want to heat the pool and/or hot tub, we will charge $ 15 per day or a flat fee depending on the rental period. The lanai has 2 sitting/dining sets and pool lounge chairs.
Price includes bed linens, towels, electricity (except for pool heating).
A turnkey villa for your relaxing vacation or remote workspace!
Local arts and entertainment is happening almost nightly in the downtown area, there is the bike/hiking trail as well located within walking/ riding distance of the home. Grocery stores, and local markets are close as well. The natural springs, Rainbow River, and also the Gulf of Mexico are all within 25 miles of the home and easy to commute to. Check your welcome book in the kitchen for a great guide for things to do and all house rules. Your hosts are available practically 24 hours a day so if you need anything please feel free to reach out.

Place has amazing potential. We chose this place for the pool. On Monday I sent pics and let them know there was an issue with the filter. Someone came Friday to fix. So use of the pool was minimal. We saw others yards getting mowed twice and nothing with the overgrown lawn. The screen to the pool had a huge hole. The house had many cobwebs and spiders galore. We were there 8 days and got 1 roll of paper towels and 1 dish rag and dish towel and 3 dishwasher pods. I never received a code to check in until I texts and was given the wrong code. Was in the shower the last day and the water stopped! I texted and was told there was an outage that we were not mad aware of. I will say, I did contact them and they were appreciative of knowing the issues.

We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. Layout of house is nice, master on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close off the hallway to keep noise level down if you have kids. Master bedroom mattress does have a large dip in it so had to sleep right next to my husband not to fall in, a new mattress would fix that problem. We spent a-lot of time in the pool and relaxing. Host was quick to respond to any messages and questions. All in all would stay here again! Thanks for letting us stay.

Pool was large we enjoyed a lot of swimming, light didnt work and had to skim a lot but it was not a big inconvenience, not sure if the app was down but had to ask for check in information it was never sent to me had most everything we needed couldn't find any baking pans but again wasn't a major inconvenience lots of space for a family has a third bathroom not on the listing that was.nice, watching the golfers was fun view was beautiful

First and foremost they were amazing to work with when we needed to change dates due to car trouble. Our stay was truly awesome and such a relaxing week. We are a family that loves to cook and were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was to cook. Pots, pans and even a wok. The house is beautiful and so clean. They have a handy guide book on the counter for most instructions and everything was very easy to follow. Overall we hope to return for future vacation.

I will first say that Rachel the property manager was absolutely amazing! She was very prompt with replies and went above and beyond. The house was very well kept and stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, utensils, TP, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods. The pool was wonderful when we got to use it "the air temp got down to the low 30's 2 of the nights so of course the pool was chilly. The hot tub is more of a whirlpool attached to the pool and is not one designed to have a cover so it isn't actually hot if it's chilly outside but still relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for us and in a great, quiet neighborhood.

We booked this rental thinking we would be enjoying the nice pictures they post on the listing. WE WERE SO WRONG! This place is so out of date it isn't funny! The pictures had to be taken about 15 to 20 years ago. I wish that I could upload photos to show the difference! There is major cleaning needed outside especially at the pool. There is green algae growing on the pool enclosure and black mold growing on the sides of the house and the pool concrete. There is a hole in the bathroom wall where the toilet paper holder is. There is NO bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub"! The property manager told me there were never bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub", that it is NOT a Jacuzzi...BUT their picture on their listing shows bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub"...so you are just going to have a small pool with the big pool unless you pay them to heat the "Hot Tub" prior to your stay. But what is the use when you are in Florida and there are no bubbles/jets? There is grass growing through every crease in the pool area...There is NO lights in the pool or "Hot Tub"...There is a HUGE wasp nest right at the front door entrance....The showers are SMALL! There was nothing telling us how deep the pool...There were holes in the screens, so HUGE grasshoppers were inside the pool area along with spiders and spider webs. The property manager was rude and didn't seem to care much... The pool guy never came to clean the pool while we were there and the sign and email said that they would be there Friday or Satureday...I got up early every day and spent most of my time outside in the pool area, so they never showed up! The pool needs cleaned horribly bad! The brush that was there that would be used to clean the pool was so dry rotted, it couldn't even be used...when I touched it, a LOT of bristles fell out...
We paid a lot for 3 nights and she offered us a quarter of our money back to leave the next day (not even being there for 24 hours). The check in and out times are also different! Online it says check in at 4pm and checkout at 11am...the email sent from the property manager was check in at 3pm and you must be out by 10am...
We will NEVER stay at any of the properties operated by this manager again! There are many in the area that she runs! So do your homework first!

Check in was easy, location of house was great and backyard view was beautiful. The house itself needs major updates there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the towel rack came off the wall, beds made lots of noise in one room, kitchen cabinets wouldn’t stay shut and AC wasn’t working when we arrived. The pool also had yellow algae all in it. The owner was easy to get ahold of and had the AC guy out that night and pool guy came out the next morning but we were only there for a weekend so it was pretty inconvenience. I felt all of these things should of been taken care of before the house was rented.

A very nice and quiet property
The overall home was very nice and had enough essentials to get you through a few days. However we all felt the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all and one of the couch cushions had seen better days. Not that we really spent any time there, we were at thr pool. Overall, good stay

Amazing stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was fully equipped with everything we could need and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 kids. Myriam was amazing and responded when we messaged about anything and very accommodating with us when we needed to extend our stay due to weather. 10/10 recommend!

Great property for a quick family weekend in Ocala. Very spacious and clean house and having the pool was great for the kids to play in. Lots of extra towels and the beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and easy communication with the property manager.

Great Vacation
I took my daughters to FL to meet family they had never met before and didnt want to stay in a hotel or burden my family with all of us so we found this amazing house to stay at. Online process to reserve house was great. Check was super easy as well. Did not have to wait around for anyone to let us in, instructions sent prior. The person we were in contact was quick to respond to our text messages about check in and any questions we had as well. House was very nice, very clean. Kids loved having non stop access to the pool day and night. Loved saving money on being able to cook every night rather than eating take out food every day. Was like being at home with some added perks! Well stocked home too. Endless supply of towels and didnt have to spend to much on extra stuff for house like toliet paper and other such things. Beds were comfy too which was huge plus. I didnt want to leave and the kids agreed. Was a great home and great experience. Would 100% use this home again for our future trips we are planning on taking. Thanks a bunch! Love it!

Great home base for paddling the springs
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The pool heater takes a bit of instruction, but the notes provided are sufficient, otherwise a quick call to Miriam will get any confusion straightened out.

Okay house
The house was easy to get to and centrally located to the springs which is why we came here. It does have 4 bedrooms and the pictures are accurate with beds. The house is a bit dated the floors are vinyl. The kitchen did not come with any paper towels, the dish soap was very cheap, old sponge that others have used and no spray cleaners to clean up. The pots are rusted so i would recommend bringing your own if your cooking. There was not enough toilet paper. We brought our own towels and shampoo, soap etc. They had watered down hand soap. The pool was nice but I had to clean all the bugs on top of the pool. Spiders were all over the house we killed a few while there. The owner charged me an extra 30 dollars for heating the pool which I had not requested, I spent over 30mins on the phone with vrbo to create a case which then the owner refunded but additional unnecessary hassel.

Perfect for a family getaway!
We stayed here to be centrally located for scuba diving! Crystal river was just a short drive, definitely recommend seafood seller (get the seller’s shrimp) house was a little dated but overall very nice. Had everything we needed. The pool was a peaceful environment. Plenty of room for a large family. 4 bedrooms (one of the four has twin beds), master shower could use some work. It didn’t drain properly. But Mariam was an awesome property manger. 10/10 recommend

This property is ideally located close to all of the action or things your group may be interested in. It is only a short drive to Crystal River or Dunnellon where you can find much to do on the water. Your children will be well pleased with the pool. If a night in is your thing, you will find a plethora of enjoyment from board games to TV to puzzles. Great base camp!
