We are available for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday during peak rental season, for adults and children (a maximum of four people total). Our unit is clean and updated! The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been freshly renovated; there is new carpeting in the bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, new mattresses and bedding and new furniture. Our tastefully decorated condo is surrounded by immaculate tropical grounds and gardens. We are located on the first floor of a quiet building with private parking near the front door. There are HD televisions in the living room and both bedrooms as well as secure wireless Wi-Fi throughout unit. Swim in our private heated pool, sunbathe in comfort in a beach chair at our private beach or read a book under the shade of one of the two tiki huts by the pool. A shuffleboard court is also available for some friendly competition. Sunset Park is only one block away where the locals gather to watch some of the best sunsets in the Keys. Collect unique shells or snorkel in the Atlantic right off the white sands of our daily maintained private beach where you can also enjoy spectacular sunrises under one of our many palm trees. We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and snorkel equipment to help you enjoy your time at the beach. Two gas grills are available for use at the tiki hut by the beach for small gatherings, so you are able to enjoy an oceanside meal while watching for passing dolphins or even a manatee! Key Colony Beach has fine restaurants, a par 27 nine-hole executive golf course, bocci ball, tennis and pickleball courts and children's playgrounds; all within walking distance of our condo. Snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing charters, and sunset cruises are all available within a few minutes’ drive. Grocery stores, shops and boutiques are nearby as well as fine restaurants that will serve your catch of the day. Key West is just an hour away allowing for a day trip to see the sites, but close enough return to peace and quiet by nightfall. This little slice of paradise is just a call or email away!

My husband and I loved our time at the Sea Isle condo. When we arrived we both noticed how clean it was….spotless! We also greatly appreciated how well appointed it was. From soap and shampoo in the bathrooms to spices and clear wrap in the kitchen.
The pool and beach areas were very nice as well and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful blue water. The condo is also super convenient to the rest of Marathon.
Communication was great. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded very quickly.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths worked great. The unit was fully equipped with everything we could need including beach stuff like towels, toys, snorkles, the works. We really liked the private beach. After checking out the public beaches nearby, we found ourselves going to the private one every day. We'd definitely come back here.

The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Had an issue with the master bathroom shower draining and it was quickly taken care of. Key colony is located in the middle of the keys making it a short drive to Islamorada 30 minutes and 1 hour from Key West. The beach and pool area were also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Right in the middle of the Keys make easy access to everywhere. Enjoyed a lot of time at home as well. Used the grill area and pool. Two minute walk to Sunset Park to see spectacular sunsets. Condo stocked with everything you need including all the beach necessities. Only one thing missing that could make or break a vacation….. a cork screw!! 🤪🤪. Kidding. I’m sure it was there and we just didn’t see it. A quick trip to the store fixed that! 🍷

Great Stay at Key Colony
This is an older complex but unit is nicely updated and the grounds are beautifully kept. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. It's a ground floor unit but really quiet. LOCATION is AWESOME. Key Colony Beach is a great community, with nearby shopping, restaurants and water activities. Anything you would want to do in the Florida Keys is no more than an hour away, from John Pennekamp to Key West you can get anywhere.

Thanksgiving Holiday
We decided to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday in the Florida Keys. Key Colony Beach is a perfect location, approximately halfway between Miami and Key West. This property is lovely. The condominium was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms appear to be recently redone. The beach area was great and the views are spectacular. I would stay here again and encourage others to enjoy as well.

I recommend looking at the "left overs" before hitting the store. People, ourselves included, left behind detergent, dryer sheets, sunscreen, shampoo, etc.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Used the beach and pool daily. Very convenient to have a washer & dryer right outside the front door. Sea Isle & Key Colony Beach did not disappoint. Took day trips to Bahia Honda St Beach, Turtle hospital and No Name Key.

Paradise
The whole process was super easy. The condo was immaculately clean, I mean immaculate. Every amenities we needed including some shaving cream which I forgot to pack. You wont ask for anything because it has everything needed. The location was beautiful and property grounds are very well kept and clean. A short walk to a beautiful beach and view. We lived in the water all week. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your condo. We shall be back.

Where do I begin? This was the most AMAZING place I’ve stayed at in Marathon. Due to Irma, I am awaiting my own property’s rebuild. Sheli’s place is impeccably welcoming, comfortable, affordable, and convenient. The fact that you can roam from the pool to the beach at a moment’s notice is especially simple, adding a huge plus to this property’s location. Beaches in the Keys aren’t always the most beautiful, however, the beach at Sea Isles is outstanding. Smooth ocean floor, gentle breezes and space enough to enjoy your day with family. Everything we needed was found in the unit (I often cook while in the Keys and I wanted for nothing as far as kitchen items). The directions to get into the unit and the check out procedures were VERY clear and precise. To address negative comments that this unit has had to endure...ignore them. The comments about not finding the entrance to the pool is ridiculous. There are gates on either side of it. The beach takes a whole 90 seconds to walk to from the condo...it’s not 200 yards away. I always expect to have to purchase toilet paper and paper towels when I’m renting someone’s condo, as this is not a resort with maid service. To expect ample amounts to be provided for you is sheer stupidity. There’s was plenty there and I simply bought more when I shopped for my family. I will, without a doubt rent this unit again if I have a need to before my Key’s place is done. I only wish I discovered it sooner so I could’ve spent the past 3 winters giving Sheli my business. Thank you for providing me and my family with a beautiful place to spend one of our best weeks in the Keys.

Nice place in middle Keys
The unit was a very clean and comfortable rental. The location was optimal in the keys, being virtually in the center. Easy to get to Key West and the Keys East of Marathon. I would suggest supplying a bit more paper products, extra blankets for couch and bed and extra sets of sheets. We didn't bring small children, but others who do may not have the coins the night a child has an accident to do a load of laundry. All rentals we have used in the past have never had a restriction on how many towels you are allowed to leave for cleaning service. Nor have we had to unload the dishwasher before leaving. We pay a fee in the price that should cover these extra nominal items sufficiently. Having a significant charge for an extra set of towels left dirty is a bit much.

Great condo with a private beach
The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that Sea Isles has its own little private beach, that seems to be such a rarity for the keys. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all the utensils we could need, and the condo supplied beach and snorkel equipment, which was great. The grounds were well kept and people were friendly. I personally loved that this condo is on the ground floor close to your designated parking spot (very convenient) but still just a short distance to the water. I never did use the pool and I never figured out how to access it, although I did see other people using it and it seemed clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the keys.

Wonderful stay in Key Colony Beach
We had an incredible experience in Key Colony Beach, our first trip to the Keys. The condo was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The WIFI worked great for us to keep up with work during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook meals in. The condo location was great: nice beach, easy walk to Sunset Park, and accessible to other parts of the Keys for day trips (Key West, Bahia Honda, etc.). Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough. We hope to stay in this condo again!
