You will get access to the Margaritaville Resort restaurants and amenities as well, excluding their community pool, shared shuttle service and gym.

Sleeps comfortably up to 12 or even 14 people, including the sofa sleeper. We have two bedrooms downstairs for people struggling with stairs and we have en-suite full bathrooms in every bedroom!

Minnieritaville was exactly what we were hoping for from the moment we walked in the front door. It has all of the comforts of home and is as adorable as advertised. Every room having its own bathroom and tv is perfect. The private pool/spa was so relaxing and refreshing. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We loved it!

This was our third time staying at this resort, first time in a VRBO at this resort. House is starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Front door lock is loose and the entire lock housing turns. The refrigerator must be missing some shelves, you have to stack everything like food jenga. Floors where dirty when arrived, I feel like they only have been swept and not moped in a while. Floors felt gritty and showed on white socks. Mattress in bedroom i stayed in was broken, you fell into a hole in mattress. Shower heads are mostly plugged with calcium and lime, it was more of a mist than a shower. 1/2 bath outside next to pool you are not allowed to use, so everyone has to go inside dripping wet and make a mess. I guess you could just let everyone pee in the pool. One of the Kitchen draws is messed up, when you open it it goes towards the floor and you think everything is going to dump out. If they spent a day or two doing some general maintenance and replace a few mattresses it would be a lot better. I feel that if you rent from the resort the houses are held to a much higher standard and not restricted from outside bathroom use. I did contact property manager when arrived about access to outside 1/2bath and they denied us access.

My experience was awful. The property was filthy, dirty under garments (with visible feces) was left in the master bedroom. In another room we found socks, dresses and party decorations. I felt stuck since it was my my daughter’s birthday and we had so many plans. I cleaned as much as possible to make it work but emailed the Vrbo owner and received no help. I contacted Expedia and was told they will get back to me 48-72 hours. Expedia is excellent so I am hoping to get a monetary compensation for the lack of cleanliness (although we pay a cleaning fee). I will never stay at this place. I travel with my kids and staying in a clean place is a must.

House was exactly has described! First time staying at Margaritaville and we will definitely be returning! Love the private pool and hot tub, the resort was beautiful and quiet. Spent our days outside by the pool and plenty of room inside for sleeping and showering. Close to Disney World and shopping too! Owner was quick to respond, when we had any questions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. Irene was a helpful and responsive host. She made sure we knew every important detail prior to our trip. Each room had its on bathroom and closet, which was fantastic. All the beds were comfortable and the Minnie Mouse room is darling! The house is only about 15-minutes away from Disney and conveniently located near a great shopping center and plenty of restaurants. Everyone in my group agreed we would definitely book with Irene again. Thanks for an incredible trip!

This is the best host I have ever had! My family came all the way from Georgia and they're already planning to come back later this year. The communication could not have been any better. She was there through everything and I can be annoying sometimes with my questions, but she never made it seem like I was bothering her. The property was clean and spacious. I didn't want to leave lol.

Great stay very close to Disney. Super target was less than a mile away for all your needs and a huge Disney selection. All rooms had their own bathroom. Pool and hot tub were a great addition! Only thing is the open living/dining/kitchen is small, but that’s what you get when you get 5 full bedrooms. Thanks for being a great and responsive host!

The property was clean and as described. Checkin was a breeze and communication with Irene was prompt. She was very easy to work with and responsive. The linens including towels were better than I expected and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn't want for anything. I definitely recommend it!!

We loved having the space after each day at a convention at the Orange County Convention center to come and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the show and show hotels. This was so great to settle in and review our day together as a staff around the pool and hot tub. Each of us had our own room and bathroom and the process was seamless and property was beautiful. Thank so much Irene!

This property was everything that we were looking for as two separate families vacationing at WDW and Universal. The private pool and spa were just what we needed after over 12 miles on our feet each day. The kitchen had everything that we needed including some basic spices and a Keurig to start your day off strong. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family that are looking for a great place to go outside of the Disney bubble.

Irene and Minnieritaville we’re both amazing. My family traveled in a day after Hurricane Ian and the property was spotless upon arrival. The property it’s self was exactly what we were looking for for our stay. Some of our favorite features were of course the private pool and spa, the private bathrooms for each bedroom and proximity to everything you could need on a vacation. The property is only a 30 minute drive to any Universal or Disney park which was very convenient for us. Check in and out was very easy and Irene had amazing communication for both processes. Overall couldn’t have asked for more.

First off, Irene is the ultimate super host! She is very responsive and accommodating. My family and I had to reschedule our original weekend for the following and she made the changes for us with no questions asked. While at the property she stayed in contact with me to check in and make sure our stay was every thing we expected, which it was that and more. The home was spacious enough for my family and our daughters close friends. Everything was extremely well kept and clean. The home was very inviting. 10/10 will be booking with Irene again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home was spotless. Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood which is very close to the parks. There was plenty of room for our two families. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom with their own en-suite bathroom. Irene was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!
