Very clean and quiet.
Close to several area attractions
Love the view!!!
10.0 / 10.0
The house has a nice forest view, in a quiet HOA, close to many attractions. It is big enough to accommodate 2-3 families.
It has a jet tub but hot water is not enough to fill the tub, so it is kinda just to show. When we visited the house downstairs nest didn’t have the panel, I am glad it wasn’t winter, even it was late May, it was cold.

The view was amazing and very spacious! I would stay here again, everything new and clean! Pool table was great and had games for the kids!

The house had fantastic views from every part of the house. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Had enough linen and liked the compostable toiletries. Hot water like others said was a problem for couple of us. Heater wasn’t functioning in the living room but fortunately there was a portable one so we managed. We got prompt responses for all questions. Hope to stay again in the future for longer period.

Grand view with fair price. Rooms are spacious, kids love pool table. And adults enjoys hill views.
A few issues
As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply
Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests
Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace

We were thrilled to open the door to a expansive area with relaxed seating area and pool table. We had children with us and they promptly took off their shoes and started running around. I was horrified that their feet were black only after about a half hour of our arrival. Everything else was lovely, clean towels abundant bathrooms, spacious kitchen and roomy bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and kept our shoes on.

This home is spectacular. The views were amazing. The bedrooms are all nice sized. We got there late in the evening so we missed the turnout because the street is a bit hidden so I recommend getting there when it is light out. I would have given 5 stars, the only downside was that the house wasn’t cleaned well. We pay cleaning fees so that we can come into a clean house and whoever is being hired to clean isn’t doing a good job. The floors were terribly dirty. My fiancé went to wipe some ice off the kitchen floor that spilled and the towel was literally black. The mats in the bathroom weren’t clean. The kitchen utensils all had to be re-washed. Even the paper towels had dirt on them. There was hair in the shower and jacuzzi tub as well. Even the salt and pepper shakers were greasy and had fingerprints all over them. We always cook instead of eating out so cleanliness is extremely important on our trips. The home itself is breathtaking just needs a better cleaning service.

The house has amazing views and room enough for everyone. The two young children had room to play inside and on the decks. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the house needs a lot of maintenance and there were very few supplies for the stay. The hot water heater only allows for two quick showers before running out of hot water. There was exposed electrical outside of the house and the bannister is loose. The main floor thermostat is inoperable. The one bathtub/shower had mold where the caulking was removed and never replaced. The kitchen had no dishtowels or common house hold items. We were allotted 2 trash bags for a weeks stay so we had to purchase more to keep the house clean. The neighbor is horrible. He drove his car to follow an 84 year old relative to the house and swear at him continuously until a younger member of our party intervened and asked him to leave because he did not appreciate him swearing in front of his two young children that were playing on the deck. The area where the house is located was very convenient to the beaches but this house needs some maintenance and the neighbor need an anger management class.

Great location to springboard to nearby road cycling routes - vineyards and ocean.

Great views and delightful large home that was perfect for our family get away. However, maintence needed on home. Unable to get in when arrived and Vasca did not answer their 24/7 number. Fortunately for us, the cleaning crew left the back door open. Windows left open -because broken - so master bedroom never cooled down. Sewer smell in shower and dishwater not only not working, but whole unit tipped forward when trays pulled out for loading. Switch plate in LR held on by nail and switch plate on floor loose. Leaves in garage and on patios and all we had was a small broom. Screen off in sunroom and slider to LR lacks a lock.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

The house was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was cozy. Amazing views! Just what we needed. Minor negatives were we had a hot water situation which left someone in a cold shower, the fireplace could use some instructions and the top bunk bed was squishy but that could be personal preference. Overall really good and the management was first rate and very helpful which made a difference.

The house was very nice, lots of space, beautiful views and not too far from Paso or the wineries. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean home isolated on a hill with amazing daytime views and nighttime star gazing. Perfect location to feel isolated, but only 10 minutes to a small town with conveniences. Perfect mountain location with an easy 20 minute drive to the beach. Great place to slow down and do nothing with lots of options for activities such as surf lessons, disc golf, Hearst Castle tour, wineries/vineyards tour, and more.

The house was thoughtfully furnished and spacious.
