The location of this stunning Forest Beach Villas 426 lagoon view 3 bedroom penthouse villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shopping and dining, and adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa features a spacious 16 foot living room ceiling, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a spacious balcony, upgraded WiFi, 5 bikes, lots of beach/recreational amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and a twin pullout trundle bed. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed unit. The villa is 1,345 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure the villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, cart, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickleball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bikes, helmets & bike lights.

Our bikes are located in the complex’s underground parking garage. Although our rental listing title says we have 5 bikes, we attempt to keep 7 on hand in case a couple are ever out of commission, which happens due to the extreme wear & tear that the sand & salt water have on the bikes. We ask that our guests understand these bikes are just an added perk to our condo and we do not increase our rates to account for the cost of them. Due to the effects of the sand, salt water & island’s humidity guests should not expect these bikes to be new-like & it’s up to each guest to inspect the bikes prior to riding to ensure they meet your safety standards since we are not able to inspect the bikes after every guest turnover.

Stayed for 3 nights and the hosts gave everything labeled, documented, and amenities for anything you may need to enjoy a beach day, night in at the bar with games, cooking appliances and a lot of sleeping room! So well communicated and would recommend to anyone staying in the area! One block from the beach, coffee shops, close to shopping, restaurants and bars

We loved staying there, it was very close to the beach and within walking distance to most of the restaurants that we ate at. The amenities that they provide, although we didn’t use were in abundance, a little detailed book that they leave you with all the possible restaurants, places to go helpful we hope to possibly stay in the future

Our family of four stayed here for a week and had a great stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and perfect location to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Communication with Karen was great as was the check in process. Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 with three teenagers. The unit has all you need for beach trips with the beach being under a 5 minute walk door to door with the elevators making things so easy. The kids can take a very short stroll over to Coligny Plaza and grab some ice cream or just hang out.

Our family of 7 fit well in this comfortable, 3 bedroom condo. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager from the initial booking to the day of our stay, which was very appreciated! The condo building is across the street from the Coligny Beach entrance - an easy walk, but a wagon is helpful if carrying chairs, umbrellas, etc. Beach towels were the only thing we needed (there were 4 small ones in the condo). Otherwise, the owner thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again.

The location is the best perk of this property. A short walk to beach literally. Second, the house is equipped with everything. From the kitchen to the beach. With a family of 5 it was really nice to have to pack things like beach towels, lounge chairs, sand toys and whatnot. It also was exceptionally quiet for a condo so close to the beach. I wasn’t expecting that at all. It was actually quiet at the pool as well. It may have been the week we chose but other places we’ve stayed were noisy and crowded. This is a true little beach gem! We biked and waked daily to park, beach, and food! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I had a great stay at the beach house! I researched places to stay for hours trying to create the best experience for my family’s trip. Let’s just say this was the perfect place to stay. This unit is located on the 4th floor. The living room is large enough to enjoy 5-6 people without feeling over crowded. You can see baby alligators and turtles from the balcony that overlooks a swamp. It’s cool to watch and listen to their noises at night. The house is a 9 min walk to the beach (this is walking slowly with 2 kids.) it’s across the street from the Coligny plaza that has many restaurants and shops. We ate at the Sand Bar which had amazing coconut shrimp. We also ate at One Hot Mommas which had delicious barbecue. We went to Hudson’s which was highly recommended by the locals but for me, it didn’t live up to the hype. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 bedrooms upstairs. The condo offers pretty much everything you need for the beach, all essential kitchen needs, games to play including legos for the kids. If you are looking for a centrally located condo for you and your family. This is the place to be!

We found Karen’s condo and booked for a weekend stay after spending a week in the island. It was the perfect landing spot in a great location! The check in was especially wonderful, as Karen’s property manager was able to get the condo cleaned and allowed us early access since we were already on island.

Excellent communication with owners. Very nicely decorated, loaded with everything you need- I mean more than I have ever seen at a VRBO! The location is right next to shopping, restaurants and Coligny beach. A few suggestions re the master bath: the shower head needs to be changed out or deep cleaned- it was shooting water in all different directions and the lighting is very dim, especially if you are trying to apply makeup. And the master mattress was thin and uncomfortable. These were minor concerns that wouldn’t keep us from returning. We had a great time and will return.

The place is really cute. Location is ideal - you walk through one parking lot, across a little road and through one more parking lot and then you're at the beach - about a 10 min walk all in all. Close by you have Coligny Square which has a great coffee shop and plenty of restaurant/shopping options. The rental had everything we needed and communication with host was easy peasy. We were very happy with our stay!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. We loved the location, as it was a short walk to the beach and to shopping/restaurants. The bikes included were a hit and we loved the bike trails. The property manager was easily accessible if needed, and the condo had all we needed to have fun at the beach or pool. However, there were a few things we would note for potential changes. Several of the appliances could use updates (I.e. the washer and dryer). In addition, the condo was much smaller than I guess we had anticipated. We had no where to store our beach stroller and chairs inside the condo as we had a handicapped guest staying with us. We left our children’s stroller and fold up chairs outside of our door and got a notice that we were not able to do so. We were a little frustrated with that as we literally had no where to put them inside. They were in no ones way as the walkway led to our door only. Again, overall we loved the property and appreciated what it had to offer. We just probably wont stay there again with the party we had (5 adults and 2 small children) due to space.

We’ve been traveling to Hilton Head Island for several years, since I was a child, staying in several different plantations from Sea Pines to Shipyard. This trip was a most special one as we got married on the Beach behind the Beach House Resort @ Coligny & stayed for 10 days to follow with our 2 children, our 4 year old son, 14 year old daughter & one of her friends. The Villa was top notch, one of the nicest furnished, cleanest, quaint & cozy places we’ve stayed in on the island. The layout & decor of the Villa was perfect! The grounds are very well kept & scenic with a lovely fountain feature pond view off our balcony. The pool is perfect size complete w/ outdoor showers & washrooms. We enjoyed the pickleball courts & the amazing adventure park located right behind the villas. The location was great, one short walk across the street to the beach, tiki hut w/ live music & Coligny plaza. The Villa is supplied w/ fun beach gear for all & 6 bikes which we used to ride around every day & night. Other guests from our wedding group stayed @ the villas & all had great things to say about their stay as well. The owners Karen & David are extremely kind & communicative responding promptly to all of our needs. Truly Outstanding hosts! 5 stars all the way around the board for this Villa! Will absolutely stay here again! It was truly a magical stay that Katie, the kids & I will cherish forever!

Karen & David were amazing hosts. They kept wonderful communication and made our family feel at home. They have a lovely condo which was perfect for our family with young children. It is located close to the beach and within short walking distance of Coligny shopping center. There is a HUGE playground just steps away as well. We were there during a golf tournament, unplanned, so being able to bike/walk everywhere was a huge plus. We would highly recommend this home!
