It was clean the cleaners did a great job.
Well for starters I emailed the company about the condition of the rental and was told that our rental was in good shape. Also nothing would hamper our stay. We were here for a softball tournament/mini vacation. Upon arrival first off can’t get into the place. The code I repeatedly received didn’t work. Had to use the back door. So we used that for a day or so then a gentleman told us that the code didn’t work had to use a fab. Well I wasn’t told about a fab. If I was how was I supposed to get it if it’s in the rental. Back to the beginning when our trip wouldn’t be hampered. After getting in the building come to find out the elevator doesn’t work. So we have to lug everything up 48 steps several times with a family member that has a bad heart. So once everything was in the rental went to buy some groceries again no elevator. Then decide to go to the beach had to walk up or down the street a few blocks because the part of the beach behind the rental is closed due to cleaning sand. So instead of sitting on balcony to enjoy the ocean we got to watch a lot of machinery moving around all day long. Another thing to hamper our stay. Order pizza one night. Go to the softball field the next day come back to have lunch wanted to reheat the pizza come to find out the microwave doesn’t work. Yet again another thing to hamper our stay. So in conclusion our daughter has been playing travel softball for 8 yrs. We have travel all over stayed in some nice places also stayed some so so places but never have I been lied to like this. I also e-mailed/texted the company about this and haven’t gotten a response. So Vacasa I will do my part in the softball world to make sure no one ever uses your rental agency.

The view from the balcony. Well equipped apartment.
Lift not working so had to carry heavy suitcases / shopping up 48 stairs to get to unit. The communal areas of the building including the unit front door are in very poor condition and in need of redecorating or replacing. Building security also an issue as people wedged the main entrance door open. Not suitable for elderly or disabled people with an unreliable lift as unit is on the third floor.

The location was amazing
The bedroom closest to the front door was much warmer, but we found two fans in the utility room to make it bearable

Location is excellent! Loved people watching on the awesome wrap around deck. Third floor just high enough to see everything. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome, and the bathrooms were nice.

Gulf view was amazing!
Wish there was a shower outside.

Very clean nice location.
Trash outside property maybe workers were working and left all the trash right by entrance door. A little suggestion you should have parking paper on counter in the kitchen. So no one has to go to Office Depot and print car parking paper. Which you told me to go there and get it. Only to come back and someone bring me one when I went through all the trouble of going to Office Depot.

The property was wonderful! The views are breathtaking and the proximity to shops, coffee, restaurants and the trolly system were amazing. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were great to communicate with! The property was very clean and inviting. Loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset on the ocean!
If there was anything, it was a bit confusing on what key went to what. We had to spend a little time trying the keys to know which one went to what. Very minimal in the grand scheme of things. Honestly, this property is amazing and was the cherry on top of our two week Florida vacation.

They requested we wash beach towels but the washer and dryer uses quarters and is not in the unit. A little bit of a hassle to worry about while on vacation

The view of the beach from the balcony was great. Extremely easy access to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook and serve food.
The master bed was okay. could have been a little more level.

This is a beautiful condo on the 3d floor on The Pointe, with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico only steps away. This unit is one of only 4 or 5 that have wrap around balcony. Condo was very clean, nicely appointed with leather sectional and large flat screen tv in the living area, dining area and a king bed flat screen tv in each bedroom. There is a frig with ice/water, stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, pots/pans, dishes and utensils in the kitchen. There are lots of USB charging options as well throughout. Condo owner's also provide 5 beach chairs and small umbrella for the beach. You are minutes from John's Pass where there is lots of retail therapy and dining options. There are other restaurants up and down Gulf Blvd to fit nearly everyone's appetite.
When you arrive you have to get a key fob from a lockbox to get into the building. The combo for that lockbox was not in the same Email as the combo for the front door so make sure you have that readily available. Also, I don't recall seeing an Email with the parking pass. You need the pass so they don't tow your vehicle. I was able to reach the property manager though and get the everything taken care of right away so we could start our vacation. Also, once inside I noticed the kitchen faucet was loose. I texted the property manager who had just sent us a welcome text and let them know. Someone came and fixed it within 24hrs. Great service.

it was clean and looks like it was recently renovated.
I had to contact service center and they were extremely rude. awful service.

clean, new, location-quiet and not too busy of a complex or beach
The back bedroom bed was too high for my elderly parents. The walk in shower was great for them with accessibility but the bed was a bit of a challenge.
