Repetiría si mejoran la comunicación y limpieza

Las instalaciones

El trato con el personal y la limpieza (nos encontramos debajo de las camas un paquete de tabaco y calcetines de otros inquilinos anteriores).

Encantados

Estaba muy bien equipado y el acceso automático muy práctico. Buena ubicación, fácil si vienes por carretera y con parking público al lado.

Algo de ruido del bar de abajo, pero de fácil solución, ya que las ventanas están insonorizadas y hay aire acondicionado.

Voortreffelijk en erg compleet appartement

De snelle levering van een ontbrekend wasrek en adequate hulp bij de vaatwasser (werkte niet omdat er zout in moest) en uitleg bij de werking van de wasmachine. Het appartement was prima!

Ik kan niets bedenken.

Una maravilla de vivienda

El apartamento es una maravilla, una decoración magnífica, muy cuidado, con todo lo necesario para estar como en casa, gel y champú de cortesía, más toallas de las necesarias y agua fresquita en el frigo. Además de dos tipos de almohadas para poder elegir. Las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas comodisimas. La temperatura del apartamento es ideal y los sistemas de ventilación también, solo nos faltó poder haber disfrutado del jacuzzi que tenían en la maravillosa terraza

El wc estaba un poquito roto

Mala atención y gestión pésima

No es oro todo lo que reluce. Desde luego nuestra corta estancia en los apartamentos la gloria fue una pesadilla de principio a fin. Nos alojamos una sola noche y doy gracias por ello. Cierto es que el aspecto visual es un punto a su favor,pero lo superficial es lo que es y en cuanto ahondas y ves las cosas importantes en este caso la gestión,suspenden de largo. Nosotros habíamos contratado un apartamento con cama de matrimonio,cama supletoria ( sofá cama) y una cuna. Cuando llegamos al establecimiento la cama supletoria no estaba montada. Tuvimos que llamar al contacto para saber dónde podíamos encontrar las sábanas para esta cama porque no las veíamos por ninguna parte y después montar nosotros la cama en cuestión. Que no era más que ponerle una goma espuma ( foto) encima a un sofá super mono. De la cuna no había rastro, otra llamada para averiguar que había pasado, tras esperar respuesta volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que la cuna se encontraba en el sótano del edificio,que podíamos cogerla nosotros mismos y subirla. Bajamos a por la cuna. Nueva llamada para ver dónde conseguíamos las sábanas de la cuna. Y finalmente a las 21:00 apareció un chico tocando la puerta con unas sábanas de cama normal en una bolsa de basura para nuestra cuna (foto) Y todos esto acaba con nosotros llamando al contacto a las 3 de la mañana por la fiesta enorme que tenían montada los de ático con la puerta de la habitación abierta y básicamente en la escalera,dando portazos,voces ,cantando y con música a tope. En fin... obviamente jamás volveremos ni lo recomendaremos

Wouldn’t stay again

The table was too high to eat. Shower screen wasn’t fixed therefore moves in & out. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Not a very nice area of Almeria

Tres agréable

L'appartement est vraiment très spacieux, comme nous étions en famille c'est très agréable d'avoir 2 chambres séparées La cuisine est bien équipée.

Manque de quoi poser ses affaires à la salle de bain quand on vient se doucher (type patère ou autre)

que no exista un apartado dentro de la habitación que independice la cama de matrimonio con la cama del menor.

Amplio y cómodo.

Está muy bien ubicado y es muy espacioso. Totalmente reformado. La terraza es una pasada y el solarium también.

Le falta un poco de menaje y algún electrodoméstico.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. We didn't venture out to Almeria (we went travelling around Parque da Gata) so we have no real notion of the distance to the centre. It was relatively easy to find parking in the streets nearby. Working air conditioning, which was essential during the time we visited!

The living room balcony window was not installed properly . The door frame does not seal all the way and you hear all the people from the bar downstairs until 12 am.

very disappointed in this apartment

the only good thing was the bed was comfortable

the room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though this is a non-smoking property. there was an ashtray in the apartment. if non-smoking, why was there an ashtray? the code to our apartment was changed while we were out. fortunately we had our own wifi so we could get the new code. the apartment floor was very dirty, we needed to sweep it. bathroom had sewer smell.

Great place in Barrio Alto

Great terrace/balcony. Kitchen area good. Spacious. Comfortable beds.Goor location for driving out of Almeria but quite a walk to the centre. WiFi very good and modern, Smart TV.

Bathroom smelt ? Drains/ damp but very clean. A few kitchen essentials missing e.g. sieve/ colander, no tea towels, no items suitable for use in the oven. Otherwise excellent and strongly recommended.

Great self check in service. Got a text with a link that opens the doors. no need for keys. Apartment was very nice. Perfect for short stay. 15 min walk to the city. very well equipped. one of the best ones we have stayed in. highly recommended 👍

Modern apartment about 20 mins walk from the station and 20 mins walk from the old town.

A very well equipped modern studio apartment. Quiet at night as long as windows were shut. Excellent communication via WhatsApp when we needed help on arrival.

Bathroom was very dark and needing some attention. Pillows were very hard. Perfume sticks were at overwhelming.

Great flat and location, would highly recommend.

We stayed in the penthouse and the flat was fantastic. Really modern and has a beautiful large terrace. Location is great. You are near to all the tourist attractions, cafes, shops and restaurants.

You enter the flat via an electronic app. This stopped working for us on the second night of our stay and we were locked out for 30 minutes. We tried the 24 hour help number numerous times but no response. We eventually got a response via whatsapp and were given a manual code to enter the property. It would be better if this was provided at the start of the stay.
