The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate a sixth person if required. The bedrooms consist of a four-poster bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a family room with double and single, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking available, with pay and display parking nearby with visitor permits available for purchase. It is helpful to note there is a pay and display car park 2 min away and Isle of Wight tourist parking permits can be purchased on the council website - This is helpful if travelling around the island https://beta.iow.gov.uk/parking/permits/parking-permits. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The shingle beaches and coves are great places to explore and carry out water sports. Ventnor is home to a great selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants; the Botanical Gardens is nearby. Explore ancient castles, historic houses and wonderful waterfalls whilst in the area.
