Built by renowned architects, furnished and decorated by professional interior designers, and incorporating materials from local artists and surrounding nature––12 ft live edge wood slabs, natural rock, oversized statement pieces of art, directional sign posts, etc.––this estate is sure to wow. -FOUR COVERED DECKS w/ a FIREPIT, brand new 7-person HOT TUB, & views for miles w/ total seating for 25––including 6 oversized adirondack chairs, 6-person outdoor dining table, multiple tables & chairs, and a 5–6 person outdoor wraparound sofa
-Enclosed SUN ROOM w/ a wood-burning outdoor fireplace & comfy seating for 6 designed for maximum relaxation, s'mores, and views

-2 BBQs (one gas, one charcoal)

*Please note: indoor fireplace is non-operational in the summer months (Apr 1 - Sept 30).
*Please note: for safety, we have two outdoor cameras facing the driveway and one outdoor camera facing the mountains in the rear. Thank you for understanding!
*Please note: bedroom above garage (w/ bunk beds) can be accessed through the garage after walking past the ping-pong table, & garage can either be accessed from hallway off of kitchen or through garage doors.
