Perfect location! Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 2.5bathroom ranch home located in the center of Omaha. No matter what part of Omaha you are traveling to you are only a short drive away! This newly renovated, spacious home will provide you and your guests everything you will need to enjoy your trip. This home can cater to a family with children or a group of friends on a weekend getaway. Guest's will love our memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and bedroom TV's. You will enjoy a large dining table(extra leaf and chairs available in hallway closet) in the kitchen and also outside. We provide 2 pack and plays at all times and a baby gate for added safety measures with little ones.
For guest safety we have to exterior recording devices.
-A ring doorbell camera on the front door that records video and sound 24/7 when activated by motion.
-Security camera located near the back yard gate that records video 24/7 when activated by motion.

It was so great to stay here on our trip to Omaha. Having so many bedrooms and great gathering spaces made for an easy trip with a large group. Mindi was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

The house was nice and big and could easily accommodate everyone in our 11 people stay! It was nice to have a place to eat outside and have a yard for the kids to run around in! It was easy to get ahold of the owner. Overall great stay!

It was perfect for us. Put the teens down stairs & adults upstairs. 2 living areas and plenty of TVs and big kitchen table where we could all eat together. It was very clean and the nieghborhood was very friendly.

We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The house was just a few minutes away from UNO, grocery stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a couple near parks nearby. The house had all kinds of great amenities and we really appreciated the coffee that was ready for us to brew on our mornings there! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and coming from a colder climate, we LOVED the back yard! It was large with great grass and allowed us to enjoy the sunshine in Omaha. Mindi was quick to make sure we were comfortable at the house and very easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again anytime. Thank you for helping make our celebration so fun!

Multi generational family stay and it was perfect! Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, large kitchen table, and big sectional made for an enjoyable stay. We could all eat together, play games, etc.

Had my family come in town to celebrate and it was a perfect hangout spot for us to stay! Had 4 nephews with us ranging from 2-12yrs and it fit us all perfectly! Location was great, easy to get everywhere in town! Mindi was a great host, and communicated well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 6mo, 18mo, 4yr) in the house and it was plenty big for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nicely stocked kitchen so we cooked, grilled, and the kids loved the spacious backyard and patio. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Basement living area was a really great cozy space to retreat to. Location/neighborhood was awesome - near parks and everyone was so friendly! Our host Mindi was exceptional with her communication throughout our stay and with providing recommendations on things to do in the area. We truly felt like no detail was overlooked. Would definitely rebook and stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week in Omaha!

Our time in Omaha was dependant on finding the right space for our multigenerational family to gather, and everything at Hamilton was just what we needed! We enjoyed the yard and having two living spaces. Bedrooms are a good size. The location and parking were perfect for our group. Mindi was a wonderful host!

My family and I came into town for state wrestling and having a house close to CHI, Shopping and the wrestlers was so nice! The homes location was perfect! Mindi was equally amazing! We needed to extend our stay and she was easy to work with! She checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything! She is so kind and thoughtful! We will be staying again next year and probably before then! The home was clean, plenty of room and with that many people (12), enough hot water!! Thanks, Mindi!

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The games and puzzles were perfect for our group. The enclosed backyard was great for the little one to run off energy. The house was great as it was a meeting point for family from across the states.

A group of coworkers and I stayed here for a team retreat. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the space was good for getting some work done but also for hanging out and just spending some time together. The listing shows the place really well, no surprises. Highly recommended!

Excellent from start to finish. Mindi is excellent at communication ! The property is perfectly set up for two groups to co-exist with ease. Our kids and grandson each had their own bedroom, a full bathroom and spacious T.V. room in the basement. We had the entire upstairs to ourselves at night, and lots of room for all to eat and socialize during the day. We went to the zoo one day and Vala's Pumpkin the next. The location of the property made getting to each easy peasy. Mindi has lots of extra amenities throughout the house. Would recommend this property and host 100%

The property was excellent for our family. They provided everything you would need for infants and toddlers (2 pack n plays, games etc) The backyard was fantastic. The home looks small from the outside until you go inside. The 5 bedrooms were all very large. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

If I could give this property more than five stars I would. We came to Omaha from Oregon and Kansas to celebrate our 2 year old granddaughters birthday with a trip to the omaha zoo. The home was clean and more than enough room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed a beautiful evening in the backyard and our granddaughter loved the watching the squirrels and bunnies and running in the cool grass. Thanks to Mindi for the best place to stay.

Property was really nice. It was big enough to accommodate all 12 of us without us feeling like we were walking all over each other, but still allowed us to visit in one space (living room/kitchen area). Kids loved it, they loved the back yard and the down stairs area where they had their 'own' space. My wife gave the thumbs up which is more than anything I can write here. Neighborhood was nice as well. Would recommend and would stay again. The host was nice and allowed us our space while still making sure we were taken care of! Thanks, Mindi

I rented this last minute after the original place I had booked for 6 months cancelled on us 2 weeks prior to our date. It worked perfectly for us and our two grown children and thier families. There was an issue with the ac but the host worked very hard to attempt a fix and luckily it was early enough in the season it didn’t get too uncomfortable! We had a great weekend in Omaha at Hamilton House! We can not say enough about how comfortable we felt and all the little touches that made traveling with 2 kids 2 and under so much easier. We appreciated the pack n plays, toy box, dishes and kid size lawn chairs in the backyard. Our whole family loved being able to have their own spaces but also great living rooms for plenty of visiting and playing. Thank you for making our weekend so wonderful! We will be back!

We chose this house based on its central location and sleeping capacity, and were happily surprised by the ease with which we were able to entertain more family members as needed. The large basement offered a space for the kids to run wild, giving the adults a peaceful atmosphere upstairs for visiting. Our meals were eaten out, so the fact that there was coffee and creamer provided was a huge deal and eliminated the need for a grocery run. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come and stay again next time!

We stayed for a family Christmas celebration. The place was well kept and more than met our needs. The location is great with LOTS of restaurants and shopping in the area. If I could have rated the Host with more than 5 stars I would have. She was excellent to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly and efficiently. Mindi's house was the perfect place for our low key, stay in bachelorette gathering! We ranged in age from 16 to 71 and had a wonderful time. The rooms were nice sized, the showers were amazing and the house was very clean. I had some trouble unlocking the door but Mindi helped me get in very promptly and was very accommodating. We would definitely rent from her again. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

Mindi & her property were fantastic to work with! The property was very clean, well stocked, child safe/friendly (as indicated), comfortable, conveniently located, and Mindi left a personal message on her white board for us! We enjoyed our stay, and felt at home. It was so lovely to come “home” to rest after a full day at the Omaha Zoo with toddlers/infants! We will be back again next year, as we plan to make this an annual trip! :)

My family enjoyed the weekend in Nebraska while attending the OU Nebraska football game. Mindi was a phenomenal host with great recommendations for dinner. She was very communicative and was a joy to work with. I would recommend this wonderful house to anyone.

What a gracious and thoughtful hostess Mindi is! Booking was easy and accommodating for our family of 8, two seniors, 4 adult children and two in high school! We all had a comfortable nights sleep on the memory foam beds and were all able to relax, shower and enjoy family time in the single level home with a full basement! Supplies were available for cooking indoor/outdoor meals, but we chose to eat out all the time! Pictures are true to the description of this beautiful home and hope to return if the time presents itself for us!
