I did not like the fact that they charge me for a cancellation fee on the 10th of April was not supposed too check in tell the 11th of April. They also waited too long too take the money out of my card so my bank put that money back into my card then they waited a week and a half too take that money out again because they missed up all i have too say if you check into this place watch out for your money because they don't seem to know what they are doing

the staff is as awesome- sent me to the super 8 hotel instead since we were arriving late at night

loud individuals in the hall made it hard to sleep - we arrived at 11:30 pm and they spoke loudly at n hall time 2 am

Optimal location, very helpful staff (for the most part), decent continental breakfast

WAY OVERPRICED, air conditioner didn't work half the time, only 1 outlet worked in the room, have to place trash and towels outside to get them replaced (no option to have the housekeepers replace them otherwise), none of the amenities showed this to be an extended stay...more so just a hotel, need to remodel and renovate the entire place and not just bits of it

Employee said that hotel is full and, didn't let me check into my room, and said that deal with booking on the account of your money.

they upgraded my room.

when I got there my room was not ready I was told it would take a hour. I went to eat came back the gal at the desk had just started to call me as I walked in to see if the room was ready.

There were burn holes all over the comforter and the sheet was stained. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was gross and not cleaned either. I asked the lady at the front dest if i could get new sheets/blanket and she told me they didnt have any more. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

There was no breakfast and the location was what it was and close yo us so I guess so but the room was not clean they did a bad job cleaning the floor in the bathroom has big red drops of what looked like blood the ac unit squeals loudly there was a visible bed bug catcher on the floor next to the bed that made us Very relaxed and comfortable and helped us sleep well the sheets we could tell weren’t that clean And the main spread has spots and dirty stains on it like they havnt been washed in a while and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while because there’s a line at the edge of the bed on the sides where food crumbles ect had landed. Theres a frozen old stack Of tortillas in the fridge that are frozen in there and look old And other than that it was a lovely room. Not worth 140$ but decent for convenience I suppose. I’ve stayed in mom and pop motels with mothers and their kids outside smoking crack and cigarettes that are cleaner and well maintained then this room was. We had to wait about 30 min when we got there due to them over filling rooms and not knowing which were empty or clean and if they even had housekeepers or desk clerks anymore lol haha a few people came down very upset and grumpy doe the late night invite to do a motel Chinese fire drill and I was empathetic with them because at first the clerk says there are no rooms after we traveled a long day to get there even tho my Priceline says I have a room there and so then after leaving and checking my phone again I come back and he says - no I don’t have rooms I’ll check and then all the sudden we had a room so who knows how many empty ones they really had! Nice guests though.

I think we covered that ground with lots of fresh details.
