Great house with great amenities!!

My husband and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate with our family. We are from Michigan, so we chose to stay on Marco Island in February. The weather was great. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We used the grill for our evening meals. The kids used the bikes to ride to the beach. The nearby park was easy to walk to and we played shuffleboard, bocce ball and watched the Barbie movie on Friday night. It was a great are to walk for exercise and close to beaches and restaurants. We took 2-day trips - a dolphin and shelling tour and an air boat tour in Everglade City. The house was roomy and comfortable. We discovered the burrowing owls across the street and found that very interesting.

This house was wonderful. We have three teenagers and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a bonus, especially since the weather was a bit cooler than usual. Four bikes were provided and we rented one more. We loved biking to the beach and restaurants. The property management was the most responsive of any we’ve ever encountered. Any slight issue or question was met with a pleasant and prompt response. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property. It was a great layout for our family of four and my in-laws with privacy in each room. The pool is beautiful and the entire house exceeded our expectations. If you are new to Marco Island, this location is perfect because you are close to the park and everything is less then a 5 minute drive.

This is a great house, we spent the week with our Family and loved every minute of it. From when we arrived to when we left it was very easy to love this house. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes you will need. There were lots of beach towels and bath towels as well. Pool was great to hang out in and lots of seating everywhere. We put a couple puzzles together on the large dining table. You will not be disappointed, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches. We took Family photos on the beach and had a wonderful time. I spoiled myself with a massage and facial which was terrific. Mark was great, answered every question quickly and made the whole stay very pleasurable. Thanks again Mark.

We wanted to get away just to relax and have some family time. This house was perfect! It is a very comfortable house, with everything you need. Because of an earlier review we questioned the air conditioning situation. We contacted the owner and we were advised that the problem had been fixed… and it was. The house was nice and cool at all time! We had a great time! Thank you!

AC issues
I reserved this property with the idea of spending couple days with family and stress free, sadly this was not the case . I will like to mention that house is very comfortable , clean and with a great location . Everything was looking fine until house start getting hot. To start , AC was controlled by the owner which was set to 72 degrees as minimum temperature you can go (in the middle of the summer) . After sweating all night we had to contact manager so we can set AC lower, they allow 70 degrees minimum , but also ac was taking forever to low 1 degree on the house. After coming back from beach on the first day , house was on 83 degrees and we figured that Nest was on Eco mode and also has scheduled temperatures to set during the day . A tech came to the house after I had to address the issue again with the manager. After reviewing , they conclude that this AC was too small for this house . I mean , we spend a whole vacation having to address issues with the manager the whole week really was very uncoftable . Unless AC gets replaced on this property , I wont reserved again. Sorry
