About this apartment rental

Located in the Franklin Hills area of Los Feliz, this Spanish-style home offers comfortable LA living with a great location from which you can easily access many of the sights and activities on offer. Start your mornings here with a healthy fruit smoothie made in the blender, sipped as you enjoy views of the Silver Lake Hills from your mini veranda. Catch up on any work in the study space or work up a sweat with the exercise equipment as you lift weights or practise your yoga poses. Then shower off and get ready for a day of exploring. Take on the hiking and running trails, which can be reached in as little as eight minutes on foot. Or, drive eleven minutes to Griffith Park and admire the views of the Hollywood sign from the observatory. Go shopping on Rodeo Drive – reachable in twenty-two minutes by car, wander the Hollywood Walk of Fame – an eleven-minute drive away, or even go on a tour of Paramount Pictures Studio – just nine minutes away by car. Furnished with mid-century style sofas and funky vintage pieces, this home is great for relaxing in the evening after a busy day. For dinner, you can choose to eat at one of the many local restaurants – reachable in as little as six minutes on foot, or take advantage of the home’s vintage Okeefe & Merritt oven and cook at home. Home truths: *The office space can be made up as an extra bedroom for alternative sleeping arrangements, upon request *There is free on-street parking available here *One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay – you’ll need to bring your own pet bed and crate, and the host asks that pets do not go on any of the furniture *This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift *The second bedroom space is set up as a study that can be used as a second living room, office or workout room *Exercise equipment including free weights and yoga mats are provided
