The rental is set back in an alley way but in a good location. The adjacent property was under construction so all we heard was jack hammers all day and then starting back at 8am in the morning. The construction was so loud you could not hear the tv inside the apartment. After 2 calls to VRBO and calls to the property management company they finally let us out of the 4 night obligation and let us move to a quieter location.

This place is just steps from the bay, perfect for younger children to play. Sand toys were provider. The rooftop deck was so beautiful with a view of the bay. Had a nice back patio to store our personal e-bikes securely. On a bike path so we never got back in the car during the whole stay!

My stay at this Mission Beach Villa vacation home was comfortable and cozy for my extended stay. I enjoyed the provided beach cruisers and access to laundry facilities on site. I had everything I needed for my stay. Janet and Scott were very response to my questions. I'd be happy to book with Mission Beach Villas again.

Our family had a nice stay. The weather was colder than we’d hoped so didn’t get to enjoy the beach. It was disappointing that only one bike was in decent shape. The other three need some attention. It wasn’t just low tires. We probably would have rented bikes of it was nicer. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed. I would suggest a drain stopper to keep food from going down the drain. We did our best but it would be smart to have. We also needed a pan scraper or scouring pad. I cut mine into thirds so they can be thrown out after they get yucky. Another thing that would have been great was a night light. We kept the kitchen light on for that purpose but something not so bright would be great. It was also a good thing we had a small car bc the neighbors dumpster would have made it hard to park a big car like the truck one unit had. I was referred to your place by a coworker and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer you as well I’m just sharing these little things to think about.
Thx, ML
