Bedroom #3 - Moody Gardens Room: 2 sets of queen bunks (on second floor)

Bedroom #4 - Anahuac Wildlife Refuge Room: King bed, on suite bathroom (on second floor)

Bedroom #5: Pleasure Pier Room: twin bunk beds **This 5th bedroom is an OPEN room with games and hangout space & a twin bunk bed - it is NOT a closed off room.** (on second floor)

All linens/bath towels are provided. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. We provide a starter kit of household goods. If you are staying more than a couple of days you might need to purchase more.

Galveston, TX is just a short ferry ride away. The ferry is free & runs about every half hour during the day in peak season & about every hour overnight.

Absolutely no parties! All guests must be 23+ with the exception of children with their parent/ guardian. 20 person max in the house. Throwing a party or exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in the loss of your deposit. You may also be asked to leave without refund.

HOT TUB RULES: You must rinse sand off before entering the hot tub! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids under the age of 5 should not be in hot tubs because of the temperature. No sand or any other substances in the hot tub, i.e. no bubbles, oils, soaps, etc. Clothing is not optional - swimwear must be worn. No horseplay or inappropriate behavior, no glassware, no smoking, no jumping or diving. Do not sit on the cover. If broken you may be charged for a replacement cover.

Absolutely NO smoking ANY substances in the house. Absolutely no fires, including candles. Unauthorized smoking or fires will be charged the full deposit hold amount plus damages and extra cleaning fees - including but not limited to smoke damage or odors.

No pets of any kind. You will be charged $500 plus extra cleaning fees if you bring a pet. This is for the benefit of all guests so that anyone with animal allergies can be confident they will be safe and comfortable staying in the house.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a picture of photo ID after booking. It is the booking guest's responsibility to get all other guests to read and agree to follow the rules of the rental agreement.

*No refunds for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ noise/ other things that are beyond our control.*

**It is highly recommended that you purchase an inexpensive travel insurance policy, especially if booking during typical hurricane season!! This gives you peace of mind in the event you have unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel outside of the refund window on our cancellation policy. Please review, we have our policy set to "strict."

At Redfish Retreat you are beachfront on a public beach which will sometimes mean noise and music so we have provided sound machines in every bedroom so you can still sleep the night away. The beach is a drive-on beach, so please be aware and watch your kids on the beach.

Notice of Cameras: There are 2 exterior security cameras, one at the driveway and one facing down the steps to the main door. They are motion-sensored and on 24/7. Neither the house interior nor the exterior living spaces are visible to the cameras. If you interfere with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip-locs, charcoal & coffee are NOT provided. Plan to bring your own or purchase them when you arrive.

A security deposit HOLD of $1000 will be placed on the credit card you use to make the reservation 2 days prior to your reservation date. This is NOT a charge, just a HOLD. It will be released after we have had a chance to inspect the property or within 7 days after your reservation ends, minus any damages found.
