The first bedroom is a luxurious king master bedroom with lounge seating and a private en-suite bath that includes double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. As you climb the stairs to the second level, enjoy views of unique architectural elements and decor of this stylish new construction home. A second lounge area greets you at the top of the stairs on the second floor with a sofa, flatscreen TV, and balcony overlooking Kingston Road. Down the hall, this home features a large family suite bedroom with a king bed, tucked-away bunk bed, and private bathroom. This bathroom is conveniently equipped with double vanities and a walk-in shower for the family to share. On the opposite side of the second level, there are two additional king junior master suites that are also equipped with private and upgraded en-suite bathrooms. The bunk room on this floor gives extra space for all of the children in your group with 2 bunk beds that sleep a total of 4 guests. Guests staying in this room will find a convenient bathroom located right outside of the bedroom door.
The top level of this home offers beautiful birds eye views of the community, a second family suite with king bed and two built-in twin beds, a private bathroom, and third lounging area with television.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
