We were all so thrilled with this property!!! It was perfect for our extended family

We were ten adults aged 28-89, and the house was an excellent spot for our family holiday. It was very well-equipped, very clean and cosy with lots of welcoming touches. Space for all to find some quiet time, and very comfortable beds. The host was responsive, and we explored lots of the highlights of the area. Highly recommend!

Our family band stayed at this wonderful historic home for a week during the Congress Mondial Acadie festival. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We enjoyed great times cooking together in the kitchen and then visiting by the front yard fire pit in the wonderful red Adirondack chairs.

My siblings and I loved The Cove House! Loved all of the little nooks to sit, relax, read and enjoy the view. We also loved the spacious living room for conversations. The 9 of us could gather there "remembering" our past and our recent adventures to all of the great places near by. So grateful for our time together and the beautiful home where we could make more memories!

The house is lovely - comfortable and inviting. The host goes the extra mile to provide everything you may need. It’s the perfect house for large families and we loved the extra touches for younger children. Everyone enjoyed taking turns in the small sunroom - reading, drawing, or napping. There is a chair for everyone around the fire pit and spectacular sunsets. Although we loved the boardwalk, Mavillette Beach (sandy beach) is a 35 min drive away. Well worth the drive - one of the best beaches in NS.

Perfect house for a family getaway, we were 8 people, and lots of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. There seemed to be a misunderstanding when I tried to reach the owner by phone but once we got to messaging, all went very well. Loved the market on Saturday and on Sunday. It was right across the street from our house, so very handy. There’s a lovely trail right behind the market (across the street) and the pebbly beach across the street was peaceful and provided lovely stones and sea glass. The adults enjoyed the spiffy Keurig machine with built in milk frother. The house is very comfortable. Loved the two chaise longue, especially the one in the sun room. More seating in living room would be nice. We would happily return.

This property sits on a quiet seaside road in Belliveaus Cove. It was everything we anticipated and provided a wonderful opportunity for family to be together and enjoy the coastline of St. Mary's Bay, visit Digby, Annapolis Royal, beaches, go Whale Watching, clamming, several great places to eat a wide variety of seafood dishes, watch the tides come in and out. Wonderful home environment enjoyed by all.

Mine and my brother’s family gathered at The Cove House with my mother to celebrate her 80th birthday. There were 10 of us, ranging in age from 19 to 80. There was lots of space and cozy places for everyone. The house is decorated beautifully and is extremely well equipped. We made a turkey dinner for everyone on our second night there. I hope to stay there again.

We had a great experience for our family vacation of 3 families. Beautiful home and location. Owner was quick to respond to any requests and enjoyed the walking trails and proximity to many tourist attractions. I would recommend this location for any family.

Good location and charming decor.
Not enough towels, had to wash twice. Lack of electrical outlets upstairs. Air conditioning for downstairs only; very warm upstairs.
