About this apartment rental
The city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps" are a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of a living room – dining room that opens onto the balcony from where you can enjoy the sunset on the studs.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped (rotary oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and induction hob).
The first bedroom has a 160x200 (Queen Size) bed and a private bathroom with toilet and bath.
A corridor with plenty of storage serves the other two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 (Queen Size) bed and a desk and a last with 2 single beds.
A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
It is equipped with a Smart TV, high speed wifi (fiber), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine & board games...
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the parking lots of the Courthouse or Bonlieu at the end of the street.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
