Our home away from home has a well-appointed kitchen, eat-in area, formal dining room, office, sitting room and family room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, generous granite island, gas stove/oven, R/O water filter to the sink tap and fridge, coffee/tea bar, spice cupboard, ample pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, serveware and glassware for entertaining. Primary bedroom has 5-piece ensuite, large walk-in closet and walks directly out to covered patio with fire table, BBQ and smoker (which run on propane) and furniture welcoming you to relax and enjoy the view of the quiet back yard and pool. Backyard adjacent to a wash for ultimate privacy. Washer/dryer & starter laundry supplies are provided.
The 16' x 32' fenced pool, which can be heated, is on weekly care schedule. We have a pool cover which should be used at night & when not in use to keep the heat in and costs down. Contact owners for more information on below average heating costs.
Johnson Ranch offers an 18-hole golf course, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts with a welcoming community to pickleball beginners to senior level players (pickle ball racquets at the house for your use). There are also three community pools if you like more space or lap swimming.
Do you have to do a little work while you're away from home? No problem - quiet office with Internet, wi-fi and printer are all here for your convenience.
Our property manager lives close by and checks in on the property on a regular basis and is accessible should you need assistance.

From the moment we walked in the door, the house was home away from home. It was immaculately clean and the hosts were available to help when needed. It is very spacious, the pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room, and located close to shops and restaurants.

We were here to visit family who moved to AZ last year. This house was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed for the week was there including some small toys and Pack and play for our Precious little ones to spend the night and visit with us. We loved The spaciousness of the house and the office was a bonus so I could do some work remotely. The weather was cool the week we were there so only able to use the pool 1 day however the Jacuzzi was very nice to get into every night. This step-by-step video was very helpful.. We are already planning a return trip!

This house was like hitting the Jackpot!! My husband had open heart surgery in Dec. and a brother pass away shortly after that unexpectedly. We both really needed a mental brain reboot get away in between cardiac rehab appts. for a short 5 nights! There was some huge issues leading up to his surgery and we needed rest! And we needed a break from the North Dakota winter also. There was an issue with the hot water heater NO hot water in the house the first night/morning. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded in a great timely manner. We did what we could relite pilot light etc… The owners lived in another state but did their best to get plumbers over there from AZ. They came the same afternoon to check it out and the next morning and replaced the hot water heater. This type of issue could happen anywhere anytime, to anyone. This house is beautiful and cozy!! It’s my style! The pool and spa are nice we didn’t use either one cause it was cooler than normal in AZ and we just didn’t warm it up. My husband could not go in either one yet anyway with his incisions. This was a great place to just relax!!! Quiet neighborhood . And we have some ND friends just minutes away😀❤️.Great patio with lots of outdoor furniture a grill and smoker. Used the grill and sat outside a lot. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked well with anything one uses on a daily basis as far as dishes, blankets, pillows TV’s etc.. very happy it had a washer and dryer also. We will absolutely!!! stay here again and bring our grown kids and grandson and have a family time together there!! Thank you Beth and Mike

We chose this property for the location and the pool, as we had 3 grandchildren staying with us for the week. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with the necessities (spices, coffee, soap, beach towels for pool) that you don’t want to purchase for a short stay. Owners were very easy to reach, and answered all of our questions promptly. Quiet neighborhood - we will definitely stay there again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and immediately felt comfortable. The owners are quick to respond to any questions, very kind and easy to work with. The backyard feels cozy and private given the location on the edge of the neighborhood. The private pool was enjoyed by kids and adults, providing much needed relief from the July heat!

Beautiful home! Yvonne was easy, accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. The home had everything we could have asked for. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. If you are unfamiliar with the Phoenix area, research the proximity to the city, etc as San Tan Valley is our a bit further but well worth it! The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. We will hopefully be returning!

Due to my commute from Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley to far north end of Scottsdale everyday with 3+ hours, I just didn't get to enjoy the pool liked I had hoped.

You Won't Be Disappointed
This home is one I would suggest you book if it's available. All the bells and whistles are furnished for you, from the beautiful heated pool and Jacuzzi to the outstanding furniture, dishes and even linen. The house is roomy and has cable TV and high speed internet that worked extremely well. We really enjoyed our time there.
