About this house rental

Newly remodeled and beautifully appointed Snowcreek V townhome sleeps ten with four bedrooms and three baths. (New website for the same property, was 505697)
Two downstairs master suites with King platform beds and en suite baths. Main master suite has Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Two bedrooms upstairs - one King platform bed and one Queen platform bed. Additional sleeping area with Full platform bed in loft/nook. All beds have cozy down comforters with quality duvet covers, flannel sheets in winter and comfy down pillows.
Master bathroom features two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, large shower and separate water closet. Jr. master bathroom features single sink and tub/shower. Upstairs bedrooms share a guest bathroom with two sinks, ample counter space and private/separate water closet and tub/shower area - great for accommodating large groups. All bathrooms feature hard-wired hotel-style magnifying mirrors.
Kitchen has new granite counters and maple floors and is fully stocked for your use and enjoyment. Grill your favorite food on our large Weber BBQ on the deck adjacent to the dining room. Enjoy group meals at our contemporary dining table which features ten comfortable and stylish leather chairs.
Enjoy a drink or meal at the bar while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV.
Great room has large upscale sectional sofa with seating for ten. Enjoy a cozy fire while watching your favorite program on our large HD flat screen TV with surround sound.
Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms - even a flat screen TV at the bar to keep the cook entertained during meal preparation.
New carpeting, slate floors, and paint, and brand new furniture throughout after a major remodel in 2013.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this beautiful property. The house is spacious and clean, easily and comfortably accommodating our group of 8 adults. The kitchen is very well and tastefully stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully nestled at the foot of the hills. Hiking trails right behind the house and beautiful views.

We had a great week in this fabulous condo. It is so well equipped. The new dining light fixture is a little overwhelming - not sure why it is hung so low - a small detail. otherwise excellent on all fronts!

Entire townhouse was very clean, well furnished and maintained, and with a kitchen and dining area perfect for preparing and enjoying meals for a large family. The back porch provided views and access to the mountains behind the house. Everything in the house worked as expected and the property owners were quick to respond to any requests.

4 couples gathered for a sibling/spouse reunion in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was large and well equipped, with a large dining room, living space, and a game table. The kitchen was also well equipped with lots of dishes, cookware, pantry with essentials, and sharp knifes!! The master bedroom and smaller master downstairs were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and slider doors to small decks. The back of the house overlooked the hills and trails which was lovely. The two upstairs bedrooms were a bit small, with rather uncomfortable beds. The description for the house stated 4 king beds, but one of the upstairs bed was a queen. The upstairs bathroom was decent sized and easily shared by two couples. The condos are conveniently located for access to the Village, downtown, Mammoth Lodge, and all the lakes and mountain trails. We had a wonderful stay. There was an extra fridge in the garage for beverages! TV worked great and we had access to many channels. We could go out the back doors and access hiking/biking trails. Several of our party even played golf!! We would be happy to return to the house in the future.

My family and I stayed here for our 4th of July holiday and had a wonderful time! The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking in and the location of the condo was perfect for going into town and hiking/fishing. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been vacationing in Mammoth with our kids for the last 15 years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Fully stocked, clean, and phenomenal views.

Very spacious and grand! Kitchen was well stocked, living space was laid out well, plenty of room for 4 guys and their instruments to play music together. Garage was roomy and fit our motorcycles and gear great. Had some painters scraping and banging around with ladders on day 3 (HOA's schedule), but our host was understanding and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall an excellent stay!

I've stayed at this property at least 4 times, and it continues to produce amazing memories. There is plenty of room for your entire family. The kitchen is stocked with items to use and the garage has plenty of space all your mountain toys. Lastly, the hosts are top notch.

My family and I have stayed at this home previously and hope to do so again. The home is impeccably clean and has a wonderfully well appointed kitchen. The home is spacious and has a beautiful view of the mountains and hiking and biking trail and is conveniently located to enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer. Looking forward to our next trip!

We loved our stay - amazing views, incredibly comfortable beds with quality linens, great living space and kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. This was very clean - much appreciated as we have some allergy sensitivity- having the tile floors and overall dust-free space was fantastic. We hope to be back next year!

We were very impressed with the accommodation and the house is very well equipped, which we are not used to from other providers in this region. The kitchen in particular really has everything you need for a special and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back!

We have stayed in a number of units in Snow Creek. This was a top favorite for our family. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen for cooking, two car garage, kids could play in the snow out back, washer and dryer were key for kids snow gear and beautiful views out back. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome! The property is beautiful, the neighborhood amazing and the views stunning. Everyone in our group agreed that the listing almost doesn’t do it justice. The house was in great condition with comfortable and nice furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, plenty of nice glasses for all occasions and everything else you might need. The views into the mountains are breathtaking. We already booked a trip for next year. Can’t wait.

The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 8. So close to hiking trails, which we love doing! We stayed at this particular property about four or five years ago, and it seems to have been updated since then, which really made our stay a lot nicer. I’m hoping to stay at this particular property again next year!

We have rented this townhouse for a week in the summer as a family gettogether vacation for many years. It has been and still is a wonderful home with exceptional furnishings and at a good location in Snow Creek V. We come back repeatedly because it is exceptional clean, has quality furnishings and linens, seats up to 12 at the table, and has a fully equipped kitchen. The owners take good care of their home, such as updating the appliances regularly, installing tile in the bedrooms, and such. They are always very supportive to our queries and requests. I highly recommend this townhouse to you.

This rental is well suited to getting to all the great fishing locations in the Mammoth area. The rental was clean, well appointed and in good condition. the managers were easy to communicate with and the home is just as described! we had a great stay and would recommend this unit to everyone

The house was wonderful and large! It was nice to comfortably sleep 9 adults and not have bunk beds! The location was easy for access to Eagle lodge for skiing and had beautiful views. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Alex was great to work with! I’d highly recommend this spot for larger groups, or anyone who likes space.

This Condo was amazing. Big, clean, and pretty much had everything you need in life. Loved that all the beds were Kings and there were no bunk beds. Alex was very helpful and quick to respond.

We had plenty of space for our family of seven. It could easily accommodate 10 people. The photos are accurate and the home is lovely even though showing a little bit of wear. Plenty of games, books, movies and snow toys. The 2-car garage is nice, especially when there is a lot of snow. View is beautiful of the forest and mountains. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this home. We consisted of 4 couples so each couple had a comfortable room which is a HUGE plus. It's a short drive to Eagle Lodge which made it convenient. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. The owner was extremely responsive as well.

Our group loved this house and neighborhood. We sat in the spa while it snowed - an amazing experience. The backyard is the mountains. Perfect for sledding and hiking. The location is great too! When you leave the house, one road will take you straight into the village. Couldn't have been better. The hosts were great as well.
