Comfortably fit a group of 13! Large well stocked kitchen upstairs and a second kitchen down stairs. House was clean, host was responsive, and view (especially at sunset) was so beautiful! I will warn that the house sits on a STEEP hill (I underestimated others reviews), cars and Ubers did fine making it to the house, but would highly recommend no larger vans. Overall great amenities and experience, I would highly recommend!

We stayed here for our anniversary. Although it was way more space for two people, we knew we had to book it based on the pictures. We saw bears on the property and watched 4th of July fireworks from the deck. We will definitely come back and bring our family next time!

Big cabin feeling, all the amenities of home. 10-30 minutes from everything you want or need. Sauna and hot tub were incredible. Love the personal touches. Felt like home. No better view.

We had a fantastic weekend staying with Yonder! A beautiful house with everything we needed to have a great time. Great location, the house was private, but just a short drive from downtown.

Plenty of room for everyone! Cabin was very clean. Kitchen well stocked and easy to use. Even though the road UP to cabin was in the woods, the cabin was close enough to activities and shopping. Very private. We’d definitely return.

Ideal stay for a group of friends getting together from all over the country. Spacious and well stocked. Views can’t be beat. The driveway is indeed very steep. Only downside was all the signs along the driveway saying not short term rentals allowed…made us feel unwelcome and a neighbor was clearly not happy we were there.

Hottub, fire, beautiful view, and comfortable beds!

The property we just right for our Family. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms were very nice. The location was perfect for all the Asheville activities we had planned. The Hot tub was relaxing after a day out and about.
We were disappointed that the Sauna was not operational.

We loved our stay here! The home was large with plenty of beds and extra throw blankets. Views of the Blue Ridge Mtns were amazing from the living room! The grounds outside were well kept- I loved all the stones steps and gravel walkways. This house was very close to multiple grocery stores and cooking in was easy- due to having a fully stocked kitchen. This cabin exceeded my expectations!

This house was immaculate and provided plenty of room for all 10 of us. Lots of open space for hanging out, but also ample rooms for privacy when you need a break from the fun. We enjoyed the large hot tub and fire pit. The host was very responsive and provided all the essential house supplies. My only caution is the driveway. We had an suv and good weather, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Great fun and we’d do it again!

Spectacular views, house was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and supplied. Property manager was responsive and helpful! As others listed, the driveway is extremely steep (almost didn’t make it in our brand new mini-van). Would be very challenging in a car without a lot of power (and some delivery people wouldn’t come up the driveway). Also internet was spotty-which was an issue as the TVs work off of internet, which was out periodically throughout our stay. Other than these 2 things, the house and everything else was wonderful!

The house is a great size for a large family. It was just the 2 of us but we found it very comfortable. Was a little disappointed the sauna is not set up yet and the hot tub was serviced during our short stay so we didn’t use those features. It is about 20 minute drive into Asheville but there are plenty of grocery stores and shops to stock up the house. The view is great and the setting is peaceful. Would recommend this house to others especially if you need lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and 2 kitchens!

House was nice and very clean. Only issue was the driveway was difficult to get up and down in the sprinter van that we had rented.
