Nice, calm place next to the beach

The apartment was very nice and is only 200 m from the beach. The host is very available and accomodating. There are a few good restaurants and minimarkets in walking distance (15-20 min.), but I would recommand renting a car for this place.

Exceptional

We had an amazing time at Sunshine. The hosts were amazing, the room was everything that we needed, Plaka beach is absolutely stunning, and there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants along the coast to enjoy. We loved that Sunshine is towards the end of Plaka beach and very quiet. Thank you for the great stay!

Wonderful!!!

Such a wonderful location at the quiet end of Plaka beach. But close to a beach bar and a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was well furnished and well thought out with a lovely covered terrace to sit on with a sea view and the sunset too. We loved our time there. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

A full length mirror on the wall or back of a door would be great.

Absolutely wonderful

The location is lovely - in a quiet part of Plaka, with a really nice beach with not too many people about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is very nice, has great soundproofing because of the thick walls and sound dampened doors, a lovely balcony with an absolutely lovely panoramic sea view. The bed was very, very comfortable. The host Stella is really so nice. The internet was very reliable and fast inside the room. The apartment has been quite thoughtfully equipped, with loads of plug sockets, including an outside one, a good quality mosquito screen for the balcony door and bathroom window so can leave both doors wide open at night if you like to get the wind and hear the crickets and sea. We really liked it here. Oh, the aircon also works great. I would ideally recommend a car/bike/quad or some form of transport if you stay here, but it is totally doable to use the bus to get to maragas, prokopios (there is a gym here and laundry if you need), agia anna and chora - we did this and we were fine, although the bus is a bit expensive for the distance covered! It runs every thirty minutes from the supermarket that's about a10-15 minute walk from the room. If you need to do laundry I recommend handwashing and hanging it outside, otherwise you can get laundry done in maragas which is a very short bus ride.

We really liked it here! I would recommend staying some time here and then sometime in Chora as we did - it gave a good balance to the holiday!

Stylish, comfortable and extremely relaxing.

Beautifully designed and spacious with lovely fresh towels and a large fridge. Nice to have two balconies. It is quite far away from the busy part of Plaka, which was more relaxing for us and we had a car, so it was perfect. The hosts are very welcoming. Charming to see the horses come past every evening. It is literally a 100m walk to the beach, which isn’t always clear from Google maps.

Nothing. Plaka can be a bit windy, but in the heat, that is often a relief.

Superb

The host, Stella, was just lovely. She was super helpful and even collected my luggage from the airport when it arrived (as it sadly didn't arrive when I did!) She had laid out a fruit platter for my arrival, along with bottled water and juice in the fridge. This was really appreciated as I'd just travelled for 30 hours to get there. The place is beautiful, the bed super comfortable and the shower hot and well pressured. You really couldn't ask for much more of a studio apartment.

The property was brand new and everything was clean and tidy.

The location of the property was about 15min walk to the first bus station. Unless you have a car is not convenient.
