The garden surrounding the house and the veranda offer different spaces where everyone can relax as they please.
The house has been fully furnished last year with new quality bedding, new household appliances and equipment (linen, dishes). Baby/young children equipment available: travel cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath, potty and WC reducer, adapted toys.
On the ground floor :
• A spacious and bright living room (38 m²) with open kitchen, large dining table and welcoming living room, opening onto the south-facing veranda. All the windows offer different views of the garden with trees and flowers, without any vis-à-vis. Some board games, card games, books.
• An open kitchen (10 m²) and very well equipped with a large dining table
• A separate WC
• A 13 m² veranda accessible from the living room, with a large 2.10 m table (extendable to 3 m)
• Orange WiFi (fiber), 58-inch Philips 4K LED TV
• A cozy bedroom (9m2) with a 160x200 double bed, large south-facing bay window
• A bathroom (4 m2) with large Italian shower, vanity unit, electric towel dryer and WC
UPSTAIRS
• A large bedroom (19 m²) with a 140 x 200 bed and dressing room
• A bedroom (12 m²) with a 140 x 200 bed and chest of drawers
• A dormitory bedroom with sloping ceilings of 12 m² on the ground (in a row from the second bedroom) with 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200 and a trundle bed of 90 * 200 (sleeps 4 children in all). Children's books.
• A bathroom (7.5 m²) with large bath and WC, washing machine and dryer
OUTSIDE
A private garden of 700 m² fully enclosed and without any vis-à-vis (hedges with wire netting and palisades, gate at the entrance)
A covered terrace (courtyard) with low outdoor lounge for relaxation and rest
A lean-to sheltering deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor games, which can also shelter your bikes if necessary
A parking space in front of the house (or two in a row). It is also possible to park on the sidewalk in front, the area is very quiet
AROUND
In a few minutes you will reach the beaches and the hiking trails (Concarneau, the Fouesnant Forest, Tregunc, Pointe de Trevignon, Nevez) or the main roads allowing you to reach Quimper, Bénodet, Pont Aven. For lovers of bike rides, you will immediately join the greenway from the house.
2-3 min by car: Grand center Leclerc (with petrol station, cultural space, optics, parapharmacy, etc.), Lidl, Aldi (open on Sun. mornings), bakery.
5 mins away: McDo, Buger King, bowling/laser game/escape game, cinema, Magasin Vert (organic and local food products, open on Sundays).
6-7 min away (10-12 min by bike): the city center of Concarneau with its port, its small shops, its creperies and restaurants
