Beautiful little cottage. Great location on the edge of Historic Aiken. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was such a pleasure. We will definately stay again. Comfortable mattress (this has not been the case in most properties) and nice linens.

The house was well air conditioned and very relaxing. I enjoyed having ceiling fans in all the rooms. The kitchen was very nicely appointed.
The bed was very comfortable.
The neighborhood is beautiful with big pines and oaks.

We stayed for 3 nights in this home. It’s close to downtown, the bed was comfortable and the front porch was perfect! Would highly recommend. It’s a very old home with the typical musty smell. Thought maybe I should mention it just in case someone is sensitive, but it didn’t bother us a bit!

The house is in a great, centralized location in Aiken near downtown and most of the restaurants as well as other attractions. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice front patio, and is well-furnished inside with a comfortable living room and bedrooms. Water pressure is excellent. I would highly recommend this spot to anybody staying in Aiken for several days.

This gem of a home was everything we expected it to be. It was very clean and well maintained. The shower was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. The location is where you wanna be in Aiken. My only possible negative element has nothing to do with the home itself but the neighbor next door has a very loud, angry dog and he made a lot of noise early in the morning on one occasion.

This vintage cottage really had the feel of old Aiken while providing modern amenities. Can’t ask for a better location. Owner is wonderful to deal with. We will be back!

We stayed here for a horse show at Bruce's field. It was about 4-5 minutes to the horse show and the same to downtown Aiken. The place was very clean and well-decorated. We loved the house and would certainly stay there again.

Nice location downtown. I had a short visit, but was glad I could stay in a house instead of a hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute reasonably priced house close to downtown Aiken. Everything was minutes away and easily accessible. My family and I definitely appreciated this house was actually really well priced compared to other options in Aiken and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful property, decorated in pitch-perfect post war nostalgia, like Grandma’s house if she had had good taste. Luxurious beds, beautiful front porch with a view like a movie set. (Only needs a ceiling fan). Charming kitchen, dining room, bathroom, wonderful fenced yard for puppy to roam in. Close to everything that counts. This house delighted two very discriminating ladies who noticed and appreciated every detail in an unforgettable setting, surrounded by the cooing of turtledoves and whispering trees. Oh, trees. Did I mention trees? Trees in town. Wide green boulevards. We will be back.
