Welcome to "Lakefront Luxury", our 3200 sqft two-story luxury home offers a waterfront backyard, multiple Living & Dining areas with a fully stocked Kitchen, 5 bedrooms (w/ 2 Kingbeds), 2.5 Bathrooms, Sunroom, Loft, Game Lounge & a Media room.

The house offers sweeping lake views from several living areas and most bedrooms. It's about 6 miles from the beaches on Anna Maria Island & perfect for multiple or extended families.

Imagine spending the day taking a dip in our heated saltwater pool overlooking the lake, gathering around the firepit with your favorite people, or just sitting in the swing lazing by the lake beneath a beautiful banyan tree, sipping a glass of wine.

When it's time to head indoors, gather in the fully stocked kitchen to create your special dish, that everyone craves, or enjoy your favorite take out with some friendly banter around the large granite island or dining table. Kids want to watch a movie? Let them go upstairs to the Flex room with a 65 in. Smart TV. Teens want their own hangout space? Our second floor loft with a foosball table and board games is the perfect spot for good laughs. Gotta get some work done? Use one of the many dedicated workspaces in the bedrooms with complimentary superfast gigabit mesh wifi to attend that Zoom call or focus on the occasional work that seems to have come up.

When it’s time to rest, our luxuriously appointed bedrooms are the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate while taking in the lake view from the large windows. Tomorrow is a beach day? Drive to one of the beaches on AMI Island in under 15 mins and don’t forget to load your car with the beach gear to have some fun in the sun. And remember, when you come back, your happy place will be waiting for you.

- Grill: Propane weber grill with grilling tools; propane tank is provided. If empty it may be swapped out at any local hardware store for about $20 at renter's expense. Please fill if you used the last of it.

- Firepit: Propane firepit by the lake with seating for 4
- Swing: By the lake with seating for 3
- Lounge Chairs: Poolside with seating for 4
