About this cottage rental

A very pretty Victorian terraced cottage in a lovely semi-rural area adjoining National Trust lands with the local Gastro pub/restaurant and cricket pitch within a few hundred yards walk. This cottage has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment & redecoration programme to a very high specification with many bespoke features & great attention to detail. Modern electrics including USB sockets. The space A superbly modernised Victorian terraced cottage with a very smart interior with many quality features. - Open plan sitting room/dining room with wooden flooring, feature fireplace, leading to superb fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including: dishwasher and Nespresso (vertuo) coffee machine. The fire will be available upon arrival and a starter pack consisting of matches, firelighters, kindling and logs will be supplied (only during Winter months). 4K TV entertainment options (Netflix, Prime Video, Peloton digital (Lululemon yoga mat available for use) Disney+ and Freeview). Luxury bathroom with underfloor heating and bath with built in shower. 2 double bedrooms with lovely front views from the main bedroom. BOSCH i-DOS Series 6 washing machine. 2 sets of bed sheets and towels, per bedroom, will be provided during your stay. - Secluded south facing gardens of patio & lawn. Free parking on road in front of cottage. Large Premium 5 Gas Burner BBQ supplied (gas is not supplied). Outdoor patio dining area with umbrella suitable for 6 seated. - Set close to Pinkneys Green common and National Trust Lands affording a lovely countryside setting representing ideal walking, cycling and riding country, yet within a short drive of both Marlow & Maidenhead town centres, both with Stations serving London Paddington (Cross Rail due in 2021/22). The M4 at J8/9 Maidenhead is within a 5-10-minute drive for London, Heathrow & Reading, and the Marlow bypass A404 is just over one mile with fast access to the M40 at J4 Handy Cross for London & Oxford. Marlow town centre offers an array of bustling individual shops, cafes & restaurants including 'The Ivy Marlow Garden' and Tom Kerridge's 2 Michelin Star 'The Hand & Flowers'. Other local recreational facilities include golf at Temple, Winter Hill, Castle Royle & Harleyford; rowing at Marlow rowing club; clubs for cricket, tennis, hockey & bowls in both Marlow & Maidenhead, as well as the National Sports Centre at Bisham Abbey.
