had all facilities we needed for a 4 night stay, close to station
3.0
Confortable bed and access to garden.
Staff did try and repair heating which was working fine after 2nd day and door key was replaced.
Heating not working on first day and night, place not cleaned, empty coffe box with coffe stains left in cupboard, dirty oven, broken main door, freezer drawer broken with open ice bag and ice cream left in it, no curtains avaliable in bedroom to block the day light so had to improvise with blanket to make room dark, no tv avaliable in bedroom, no mirror in bathroom, Maintenance people coming over to fix the door whilst we were there. Door key not working properly, hardly any parking available as most of it only with permit. Overall not good value for money at all. Incredibly disappointing.

There were fresh flowers on arrival. The property was located very close to the train station and local shops and town centre. The decor and furniture at first glance was nicely presented. The bed was very comfortable.
The internet which operated the tv was extremely poor so watching was nearly impossible. The shower nozzle and head were damaged so pulling up the lever to get the shower to work was an effort & we were worried it would snap. The hand rail on the steep stairs came away from the wall. The smoke alarms weren’t connected. Although the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, there were no tea towels and only 1 bath towel was provided. The key to the front door was faulty so we couldn’t lock the door (to be fair, we alerted the owners & they sorted this out) The street has permit only parking but no permit was provided. Low socioeconomic area.
