It was rated as a 3 star hotel & hence booked by me *Kindly give me a feedback on what all was wrong with the hotel , listing each point one by one so that i can take it up with Booking.com* through whom i booked this hotel. [20/08, 5:53 pm] Nandagovind- This is only a screw joint . Occupied by young couples. I saw 8 couples in one hour. [20/08, 8:03 pm] Nandagovind- worst: No food . There is only one person to look after every thing .

very very bad room& facilities, AC not cool water in side the room, ruff Managment, I paid breakfast but not provide

hoooo.. very very bad rooms they take breakfast money but not providing and we ask them they horrible response.. ac not cool and water leak inside the room , we paid 1700+ very small room rubbish room in my life first time like this rubbish I’m strongly tell you no one take here ..

The staff behaviour, and the room charge was less when is reserved but later when we reached hotel I was increased to 1000, also I clearly mentioned in mail for near by rooms and we will be arriving early but room was not ready and we waited for 45 mins on top of that staff using situation and asking more for coming early, then why don't you reduce money if we check out early, Very very bad I am totally not happy

Budget stay with good facilities

The stay was very pleasant and all the facilities were good. Staff behavior was polite and responded for all the queries. Stay is located near to the Kottayam Railway Station. Highly recommended when you are in Kottayam.

When we came, our number was occupied. The receptionist told us, that other guests arrived earlier and our room was given to them. And he doesn't care about our reservation on booking.com. and they hadn't sent message about cancelation and we had to search other hotel by ourselves on the moment at 10 pm.

Frustrating for the short time I lived there. I was there at night only, though.

There was no cockroach. The room was large. Average furnished. No disturbing noise at the time of my stay. Internet good connection. Fruit and vegetable market nearby.

No Breakfast, no food facility on the site either. No coffee maker. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no hot water. Management is deficient. No credit card (international / domestic) or debit card payment facility. Google Pay only, which is a selective, controversial mode of payment. Cash only and the change is not available; they have to fetch from outside. Everything paid in advance. The guy at the desk registered my ID passport and stay visa on HIS PERSONAL MOBILE. No guarantee of customer personal ID protection. Something special: the customer is denied his bill at check out.
