Perfect long weekend away

Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and shops. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. This was my second stay here with a group. The first time was so good that I had to come back for more.

Perfect weekend away

Grandview villa is perfect for a weekend away with friends or family. The ground floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom (with separate toilet), living room, and garden with a small heated pool. The first floor has another double room, bathroom, kitchen and living area that leads to a covered deck (with BBQ). And the top floor is solely for the master bedroom with its own ensuite, walk in robe and private deck. All the rooms were beautiful and we felt at home straight away. The location was also perfect only a five minute walk from the beach. We visited Tropical Fruit World during our stay which was only 10 minutes drive. We also stopped in at Farm and Co on the way to get some pictures with the sunflowers. We'd recommend both activities if you're looking for a nice chilled way to spend the day!

We didn't struggle too much with the parking because we were able to carpool, but it could be a bit of a pain if you had more than two cars.

Tranquil beach getaway

The property is beautifully styled and quite comfortable. It’s within walking distance from the beach. We had such an amazing and relaxing time.

Great space for large family, beautiful decor and lots of nice touches throughout

Location was on a very busy road with lots of weekend traffic. The entertaining area at the front of the house was great but with lots of traffic noise. Much quieter out the back though. Easy walk to beach and river. We were lucky and had extra parking that weekend but otherwise only one car park is available with on road parking quite limited on weekends which for such a large house is limiting. There was a planned power outage for 8 hours on Sunday and would have been great to be forewarned even if only on arrival.

Exceptional

The holiday home was fantastic location to Kingscliff itself was great. The house had everything and more that we needed. The heated pool was devine.The complimentary wine, biscuits, soap and card a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The parking was a hassle.because we in the group came from different places and at different times there were five cars and 1 designated car park. We understood about construction in the area which did lessen parks. As a holiday rental I do think the driveway at least to this property should be included in the hireage of this house.
