It was f%cked. 100%.

I wanted to stay another night but of course they never told me about that they needed the room for a upgrade on the it. The reason I wanted to stick it out another night in that room, is that my employer wanted me to work remote. So now I have to find somewhere to work. They should of disclosed that when they issued the room when I got there to check in. They are a mediocre motel that need better communication with their customers.

Dont expect the to much from this place, but its workable clean , air is good.

I stayed here many years ago only for the in room jetted tub, I think there are only 2 rooms with the tub and this time i got the smallest tub lol.. I decides to stay a extra day so i stayed in a regular room . front desk was very polite over all nice time for the price.

My jetted tub had been painted at one time so the cleaning over the painting made the tub look not to good, big scrapes of missing paint all over

Nothing was great or in good condition. The rooms are old and looks terrible . Nothing is new old and ran down .

Nothing was good about this place I didn’t stay because when I got their they told me that they were booked I drive 5 hours from Arizona so they could tell me that they didn’t have any room available My check in time was 1 pm I get their on time to rest since I’m thinking I had a room But to my surprise I didn’t so what they wanted was to charge me more money to a room was going to be ready between 4 or 5 pm and it world coast me 40.00 extra when I had already a reservation that I was going to pay one night for 150.00 So 150.00 plus 40.00 more that they wanted They are crazy I didn’t not stay their after all this and they still charged me 150.00 even do I didn’t stay I called the property I asked them why did they charge me when I didn’t stay their at all

Me and my daughter came to Stay for one night, my daughter is in a wheelchair.

The location.

The staff was so disrespectful and I believe racism played a big part in me never returning to this place nor recommending this Motel to any one that's of color.

Not a good place to stay.

I put that I was paying at property went I arrive was already charge to my credit card . I book for 2 nights but next day morning wanted to check out and have a refund second night and the guy at the front desk told me that was not possible . Next room so loud and it was 2 am couldn’t sleep because of noise and the beds went you move really noisy . Ready bad experience at this place .

that’s no jacuzzi hot tub in the room very disappointed more looked like they put a tub in the room but I made the best of it and all because I had company if I’ve where to had been alone I probably would’ve had a worse weekend …

i always enjoy my stay at diamond inn.

i love the consistency with prices and quality and staff. they are the best.. out of all the hotels off Sepulveda in pricing , room quality , & they always have the rooms how you want. refrigerators a lot of places dont offer that for the same price … diamond inn has refrigerator & the rooms are spacious.. always a good experience. thank you Diamond inn

The price we paid was not worth the stay. I could have gotten a nice hoteI instead.

It wasn’t so dirty and was spacious. Sheets were clean, but were old.

Bed sheets were old and uncomfortable. Restroom had spiders, and there was no air vent. Construction was in the works and we could hear the workers talking right by our window. Wall had dents almost holes. The area was very crowded for parking and location was not safe feeling.

Horrible wouldn't not recommend to anyone.

The staff was very unprofessional. The room was not clean. Towels were not clean. The fridge was very dirty. Made reservations and room wasnt available when i arrived. Trash everywhere. People fighting and staff not care of the disturbance.

the smell was bad, there was some trash in the room, Some tenets tried to open my door late at night, the same tenets were screaming for a majority of the night
