Very comfortable house right on the beachfront. Gorgeous view up and down the coast from the living area and the master bedroom. It is a very nice beach to walk on. At low tide there are a number of tide pools to look at.

This property had everything you needed to host a birthday party. Enough seating for dinner, beautiful view, great bbq. One of the best pay it forward houses ever, with spices, dressings, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Best view we've had on the ocean! We watched seals and all the birds from the comfortable living room. Goat rock national wildlife refuge was just a short walk down the beach. I even saw a puffin! It was perfect for our family!

This home was amazing! Beautiful ocean views out every window. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We really appreciated having warm water in the outdoor hose for washing off sand. We'd definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location that has easy beach access. The large house provides an area for all to get together, cook, play games and relax as well as a smaller area for some quiet time. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores are just a mile away so convenient and a short drive for anything we needed. If we decide to spend more time in Brookings, we would absolutely see if this home was available for our time there.

This property was fantastic for myself, daughters and granddaughters. We were able to comfortably spread out and have our own space. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The very short private access to the beach and proximity to the Redwoods was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Not that it was a big deal but the middle bedroom downstairs,the handles on the door would come off. Also the end bedroom in the corner.only one outlet worked which I figured out. The outlet by the water heater which is ground fault was tripped. When I reset it the outlets worked. The biggest problem was that the downstairs shower only had about 5 minutes of hot water. There was also trash underneath the deck by the fire wood. Other than that we really had a great time. I only mention the other things so it can be corrected. Thanks. Marty

We had the most amazing time. The house is cozy and bright. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed everything. The beds are so comfortable and listening to the ocean in the evenings was so lovely. The walk down the stairs Wasn’t too bad and was easily done by our parents. Thank you for opening your house up to us. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the family tides home. The private beach access was nice. It’s very nice just walking down the stairs. Not having to load up in a car is a big plus for me.

4 cousins and their spouses decided to visit Brookings where we all spent time with our grandparents over 40 years ago. This house was the best possible place for us to reconnect and relive childhood memories. The house was stunning and the views from the windows and deck were breathtaking. Your property manager was the best. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to be back someday.

We have stayed at many houses on the coast over the years and this location is breathtaking! Just steps away from a beautiful non crowded beach, we loved watching the seals in the water and on the rocks. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great home and location! House has everything you want or need for all ages. Access to beach was so great for the kids. Bedrooms are roomy with comfy beds. Big supply of towels avoided needing to do laundry to often. Kitchen well set up for feeding large groups. We will miss having the ocean lull us to sleep and greet us in the morning!

The house was overall amazing. The view and beach access is worth every penny. The house was clean and comfortable. There were a couple things needing attention (upstairs 1/2 bathroom toilet constantly running, trash compacter opener broken), but these little details don’t detract from the overall the stay. We will be back again. Thank you for sharing you’re house with us!

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location! It suited our family needs perfectly as Grandma and grandpa stayed upstairs and our kids and grandkids stayed downstairs. The owners had thought of everything that might be needed for a pleasant stay. Lots of basic spices and pantry items were available. It felt like we had our own private beach although occasionally another homeowner or visitor would stroll by on the beach. Overall this place cannot be best!

We had family from out-of- state that came for graduation. We wanted to add a trip to the coast while they were here and the house was perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Absolutely beautiful views!! We would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house!

This house is directly on the beach with private stairs right to the sand, and within just a few feet there are tide pools with starfish and hermit crabs. The views are amazing (especially at sunset!) and the wraparound porch is perfect for dining outside or just relaxing. Our family of 8 had plenty of space to play, relax, dine, and sleep. The only minor issue was thin walls and very creaky floors - when the first person got up, eventually everyone got up. But overall this is a great house and a private location!

We love this property! You can enjoy the beach and ocean view even if you cannot get down there for a walk! So clean, all the kitchen needs are covered! Easy beach access and very close to town for excursions or grabbing the basics!

This house was a dream, from the huge beautiful view from the great room and master bedroom to the instant access to the beach. It was wonderful and it was the best trip all of us have ever had.

A beautiful house with a beautiful view. Nice access to the beach. All the bedrooms are quite comfortable, with the exception of the bunk bed room. The mattresses on the beds are not "adult friendly" as they have springs poking out. They may need to be replaced. The kitchen is very usable and well stocked. The bathrooms are clean and have plenty of towels, etc. I highly recommend this property - especially to people that enjoy beach walking and wave watching.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was very clean. Furnishings were newer and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The view was amazing and the proximity to the sand was the reason we wanted to stay there. I wish I didn't live 12 hours away.

This beach house has the most amazing view. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. It was well stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of room for the whole family and everything worked. I’ve stayed in places before where bathrooms leaked, dryers didn’t dry clothes…..etc! This place though has it all and like I said before the view is breath taking! Thank you!

We have stayed here before and it continues to be the best. From the outside shower to rinse off sand, to the deck overlooking the ocean and sunset, the spacious living space for a large family , the Kid room with 4 bunks and toys., and access to an almost private beach. Love this place!
