This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house is the perfect place to make your dreams a reality. Nestled in the heart of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, Sunset Point can deliver memories to last a lifetime. As soon as you open the door to this coastal paradise you will feel right at home. The home has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area providing a spacious way to kick back and live the beach life. Explore hands free access to many features of this home using the “Hey Google” Hub. Let the glow of the Florida sun pour in through the windows as you sit and watch your favorite FUBOTV show on the flat screen television. The home's airy open concept is equipped with ample seating both inside and outdoors. Open the sliding glass doors leading to the private deck and let in the cool beach breeze. The many balconies offer a comfortable outdoor area providing a fantastic option for relaxation and dining. For some much needed Vitamin D, head up to the spacious roof top terrace where you’ll enjoy breath taking views, soak up the sunshine and watch our famous Florida West Coast sunsets. It doesn't get much easier to unwind than to stay at this private Gulf-view home just across the street from the beach.
After a long day of adventure, enjoy the second floor hot tub with a view creating a magical relaxing atmosphere during your one of a kind vacation experience. Access deck from kitchen area. Towels for Spa are provided. When you are ready to retire for the night, head up to the next floor where you’ll find the comfortable king bed in the main bedroom as well as an attached ensuite bathroom that includes dual sinks and a luxurious walk In shower. Also on this level is the second bedroom which offers a cozy queen size bed as well as an attached full bathroom with an all tile walk in shower. Across the hall is a third bedroom that includes a queen over queen bunk bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, you'll find the 4th bedroom (converted garage) outfitted with a queen size bed.

You will find a beautiful beach, uniquely decorated houses, tiki huts and popular beach bars with live entertainment. Sunset Point is right across the street from famous Caddy's Waterfront where you'll have access to beach chairs, food and drink service right on the beach. Katiki Bar and Grill, a local favorite, is just a block away.
For added fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium that was home to Winter the Dolphin. Head North to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!
