About this house rental
Cabana home. Beautiful designed 3400+ Sq ft of luxury. Open the front doors and walk into the cabana pool area surround on all sides by the house itself. Privacy galore! Plenty of seating for lounging by the pool or enjoying a good meal together. Huge kitchen with tons of space everything you need for the chef and your family. There are Beautiful crystal clear Springs and rivers nearby. Sandy white sand beaches just a short drive away. Scalloping and Manatee Tour‘s are a must. Don’t forget the Mermaid Show! A multitude of restaurants and shops nearby . Head out to the back lanai when you get back from your daily activities. Dusk is when nature starts the symphony. Ready to wind down and relax? Retreat to your private suite. Each bedroom has a refined yet casual tropical/coastal design with direct access to the cabana pool and black out curtains for restful naps. The Captains Quarters has a 65 inch smart TV and a full en suite attached. Cozy Cabanna has a 55 inch smart tv, fireplace and full en suite. Nautical Nights has a 55 inch smart TV with a full bath just 2 steps outside the bedroom door . The family room has a 70 inch smart TV and comfortable supple Natuzzi furnishings .The best of both worlds. Spend time together when you want to and retreat to your own space to relax whenever you feel the need. Our place is suitable for well behaved supervised children. Also keepin mind that Florida is a tropical environment. Pest control is done weekly however you might occasionally see a bug, scorpion, lizard, gopher or other rodent. The best way to avoid this is to keep the doors closed. No lifeguard on duty. Private pool. Swim at your own risk. Pin locks 5 feet up on all doors to help keep your little ones safe.

Overall house is amazing!! My family and myself had a great time. Very clean, and cozy. Pool was beautiful. I definitely recommend a stay at this place. We will definitely book a stay here again.

Breathtaking from the moment we opened the front door.... love it so much we didn't even want to leave to go anywhere. Had to force the kids to go to universal studios. That is our perfect home. The only problem was checking out.

The pool area was amazing!!!! You feel like you are in your own private oasis. The home has everything you need to make it feel like home. Sandra is an amazing host and gets right back with you if you have any questions. We can’t wait to plan our next staycation at the cabana house.

We decided to stay away from theme parks and typical beaches this year. We wanted to take on the fresh spring rivers and all the area has to offer. This house was centrally located for all our plans. Our grandchildren fell in love with the house layout and how it was all centered around the pool. They couldn’t wait to get back every night to swim well past their normal bedtime.
The house is beautiful. Nice furniture and a great layout. The owners are super nice and send a text every now and then just be sure everything is great. Highly recommend this house

Property is better then pictures show. Layout is extremely laid out well for a family. Spent most of the time astound the pool. Owner communicates very fast. Go to Murphs market which has a Fantastic meat and vegetables selection. Our sincere thanks to the owner for providing such a wonderful home.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was so carefully set up for all of our needs, full kitchen and many other misc. supplies. The pool in the center of the home is a brilliant feature that really favors privacy. The set up and floor plan is a dream for a vacation getaway. My teenagers were ecstatic the entire time. They had their own room with private entry, bathroom and access to the pool at any time. Read that again Mom’s!!! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, I heard nothing at all from the neighbors. The location is fabulous, you are only a quick Uber away from pretty much anything you want to do. Pine island beach isn’t far and all amenities are a short DoorDash order away. Only took 15 mins to order and receive groceries for the week from Winn Dixie. The homeowner was incredibly responsive and kind, and on top of everything. No detail was omitted. I will 100% be back and tell all of my friends as well. Sandra- Thank you so much for a peaceful weekend.

We LOVED staying here! The home was beautiful and very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and an 11 & 12 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was large and somewhere everyone could be in. We used the outside grill one time. Pool was VERY warm and was used often by the kids. Was a great home to relax in and not super far from most things, such as grocery stores and such. Sandra was very responsive to our questions! Would highly recommend staying at this home!

There is not much to be said that has not already been stated in other reviews. The house is fantastic. The layout is a bit unorthodox but it worked perfectly for us. All of the furnishings and appliances are top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is a highlight with the heated pool being only about 4.5-5 ft deep. Perfect for relaxing after a day out. The neighborhood is quiet but you don't really see much of it due to the courtyard style layout of the house. Sandra, the host, was very responsive to all inquiries. Overall, great home and great host.

If you’re looking for an easy process at a house that’s just perfect to get away, this is your house. The pool area is second to none. Absolutely private and heated. The entire house including kitchen, master bath and living room is the perfect oasis for one person or a family. Thank you Sandy. I will be back.

The house was absolutely amazing. It was immaculate and impeccably decorated. Everything was up-to-date and of the highest quality. All the furniture and beds were so comfortable. The design of the cabana home was awesome with its open concept surrounding a beautiful, heated pool. Sandra was so accommodating and easy to work with. Everything we could have possibly wanted was there. Our only regret was that vacation was much too short. In a scale of 1 to 5, I would definately rate this property a 10!!! would love to revisit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, was very clean, and had everything we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed the privacy of the pool and were able to use the kitchen to make a few home cooked meals. So many amenities! The dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard and looking for the little lizards - and we were happy she had a place to run and get her energy out. Sandra is an amazing host - she answered any questions we had immediately and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. We will be back for sure!

Perfect location to come visit my dad in Spring Hill and have family from the area over. Plenty of room for us and family. Great floor plan to keep everyone with their own space if needed. Neighbors and neighborhood was welcoming and the am heron bird party was great to watch as they completed their morning walk. It was nice to sit outside and listen to the distant thunder and have cocktails. We plan to back again due to location in the area, floor plan and set-up for everyone. Property manager was thorough and consistently communicating through the visit. Thank you from NC.

First off Sandra was amazing and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions and concerns right away!! It felt like we knew each other forever!! I took my wife and kids up to weeki watchi springs for my wife’s birthday and we found this home to stay in! When entering the house Friday evening we opened the front doors to this amazing oasis of a courtyard pool/lanai. Breathtaking!! My kids literally jumped in the pool the minute we got there! Than you enter the rest of the house which has an amazing layout!! The house was very clean which is very important to me!! There’s also a backyard lanai with plenty of space. The trees and nature in the morning while drinking coffee were amazing and serene!! Tons of beautiful cardinals!! We were treated with a welcome sign on the fridge and a card. We felt right at home just like we were family!! We honestly had one of the best weekends away ever and the house was the main part of our enjoyment!! As I told Sandra when we checked out “we will definitely be back numerous times”.

This private cabana home is even better than the description! The floor plan is perfect-allowing privacy in the sleeping quarters while providing several common spaces for group interaction. The big kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were top quality. We had small children and were especially pleased to see additional security locks on all doors going out to the pool. The pool area is a great attraction with a lot of seating and pool toys for the kids. Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood and everyone you need for a wonderful getaway.

Every single element of your property was fantastic. We were blown away the second we opened the front door! We normally like to explore and eat out everywhere we vacation, but at your place, we bought groceries and stayed in! The house was immaculate and super clean (and we are picky about cleanliness!), it was so beautifully decorated and we felt relaxed and at home. The beds were comfy, the q-tips in the bathroom were a nice touch and everyone enjoyed the pool!!!

We loved every part of our visit to this upscale home. The furniture was comfortable and lush. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals for my family who love to cook and eat! Of course, the pool was the favorite of the kids.

This home is AMAZING. It's so roomy and we LOVED the setup and design of the home. The privacy of the pool did not disappoint. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge and all of the dining and seating areas are so comfy. We greatly enjoyed the back lanai as well. It's also pretty private and we loved hearing nature and seeing cranes walking around. The neighborhood is nice and pretty quite. It's located close enough to food and main roads. We'd LOVE to come stay again. Sandra is super fast communicating and so nice!!

Before even arriving, Sandy was helpful and quick to respond to my questions about the local area and rental house. Upon arrival, the check in process was simple and smooth, house was in wonderful shape and clean. The pool was amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. The layout of the house is pretty neat. A lot of big windows and 2 wonderful outdoor sitting/eating areas. Lots of towels, dishes, and space. Sandy was so friendly and the home very inviting. If we ever return to this area, we will definitely stay here. Also, very conveniently located to Tampa and the surrounding areas for tours, and activities. We rode horses, kayaked, saw manatees and picked blueberries.
So much fun, you won't be disappointed.

We have rented VRBO homes for many years and this one is on the top of the list. Stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Easy communication if you have a question. The pool was breathing taking when you walked in the front door, especially leaving our area with 3ft of snow .We felt at home the second we walked through the door. The place is even better than the listing portrays. The rooms kind of horseshoe around the house. One is detached from the rest of the house, but is still in the lineup of that horseshoe. The host is very quick to respond and very friendly.

If you are looking for an hidden oasis, a paradise that offers carefree and stress free place to go , this one gets 100 star , and Sandy was so kind and generous, very responsive! You will have the most amazing experience with this home !! My family will be back as soon as possible! The neighborhood is so nice , safe and convenient to everything you need , even beaches , not that you even need to leave the home at all. It has everything you need, the indoor pool was my favorite, so private, and relaxing to just float the indoor pool and let your worries drift away! This home is truly a paradise and perfect for family gatherings. I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience me and my girls had and how beautiful this home is! Sandy is an outstanding host we felt right at home. She provided everything we needed for me and my girls and my fur babies!! I have stayed in numerous rentals. This one is by far the nicest cleanest and offered the most relaxing vacation, Sandy makes sure you have everything that you need any special touches were so sweet! We stayed for three weeks in this very welcoming home! The bedrooms are amazing, the kitchen is very large and the layout is amazing! Everything you need for is included in the home and then some. The courtyard is so private with all the rooms surrounding the pool. It is so quiet and private in the pool area. A nice waterfall flowing into the pool keeps out all outside noises. The hosts were amazing and very communicative from our first search for the property by answering all our questions to when we were staying at the property and when we left. We would highly recommend this very clean home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, we had everything we needed here and it was very relaxing hanging out by the pool all week. Sandra was great to work with and we really appreciated her accommodating us at the last minute when our previous reservation cancelled on us last minute. The pictures really don’t do the property Justice. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO places over the years and this place was by far the best yet. It was extremely clean everything even down to the decor was perfect. The pool was exceptional, very private and perfectly heated. The furniture throughout was great and the beds slept wonderfully. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a true vacation.

Weeki Wachee
This was my family’s annual trip to the springs. We found this property on VRBO and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The house and hosts were so welcoming. They left us writing welcome notes and a bottle of wine for our enjoyment. The place was spotless and has a beautiful pool that my kids wouldn’t get out of!! I would highly recommend this place and will rent this again for my family in a heartbeat. We were 10-12 minutes from everything!

Lovely home! Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The pool area was fantastic! Very clean and lots of comfortable seating. Sandra was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend!
