Alleen overnachten is prima.

Het is een homestay zonder bewoners.Het kan zijn dat je geluk/cq pech hebt dat je alleen verblijft in de homestay.De omschrijving klopt dus niet. Geen receptie of iemand .s,Avonds komt er iemand langs die het geld int.Geen handdoeken.

Great short term stay

Comfortable room, everything functioned fine. Comfy bed. Very quiet area. Friendly neighbors.

I prefer to walk to get food or cook. Don't care for delivery or Tuc Tuc. There are small grocery stores and street food within 3 kilometers but challenging. Literally no kitchen or utensils. Description is accurate about no amenities. Some amenities but charges. Overnight before or after flight would be great, close to airport.

Close to the airport, but not a lot else going for it.

Cheap for a night and close to the airport if you have an early flight. Gent who handled our payment was cheery enough.

Rooms and general building in need of care and attention. Despite being clear it is a homestay, things like mosquito guards over windows and perilous stairs could be taken care of.

Confusing and independent, no real contact with homeowners.

Quiet, laundry machine. Bed was very large and comfortable and AC was great.

Cold shower, no code for lockbox so checkout was incredibly difficult. No soap in bathroom. This Homestay is on the outskirts in Phnom Penh so expect to have to assist taxis to the house and take long journeys if you want to see the city centre.

large bed, close to airport, moisten facilities compared to a lot of Cambodia.

no towels provided to shower, offered at a cost according to a sign, but we were told there were none available. difficult to find, only a very small sign. host is available by watssap but isn’t around, a neighbour called him to let us in. Although there is a small kitchen to use, there is no kettle or cups/plates to make coffee etc. Noisy with lots of cockerels in the morning (and at night)

the owner disturbed me at 22:20 to collect his fee, I had to get up at 4am, as the place has no reception, just a self check in, they should make sure they don’t disturb the guests when collecting payment. Also, no hot water in the shower, and neither soap nor toothbrush, at the price level that’s unusual.

A little disappointed

The staff were super lovely and super helpful, very responsive when msgd and the room was clean

however no toilet paper provided and shower was cold, when asked was told we have to pay extra 2.5 usd, that really should be advertised from the beginning

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our time here! The room was really spacious, it has an AC and hot water😍 We could even store our luggage here for the day because we took a night bus, which was really nice. Very kind owner. We would stay here again!

It is a bit far out, which was no problem for us because we rented a scooter, but if you don't have a scooter or car it can be a bit more expensive to get to the city everyday.

Perfect budget stay near airport.

Clean room in a super quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. Great Khmer coffee place for morning coffee steps from the homestay--1/2 block away--for your morning coffee. Bookshelves full of academic titles in the lobby, mostly skewed towards mathematics--someone in the family is studying hard. As a fellow academic, but in the humanities, I appreciate this. Really great budget stay near the airport but away from the the sketchiness and drama of everything near the airport.

Perfect stay for the price.

Water pressure too low. No basic needs provided (just toilet paper) Stairs a bit scary. Curtains not fixed.

room was clean and spacious. And stuff respond quickly.

wifi is not connected. Dogs around here was noisy. No amenities except toilet paper. No warm shower and water pressure was weak.

My stay here was good overall, I recommend it

The room was nice and clean, staff was polite and helpful, guest house is close to the market. They even have laundry washing service which is great

I would be a plus to have sinks in the bathrooms. And some mornings is very noisy because of the monks chanting, sometimes they start at 4 am, which is quite disturbing.
