The cabin location is amazing. It is close enough to the Hocking Hills attractions and has it's own pond with a cave behind it. I originally wished there were instructions on how to get to the cave, but finding a way to it was part of the fun. The cabin itself was great. While you can tell it's an old cabin, the inside seems newer and very well kept. The hot tub was nice after hiking, but the breaker did trip once one day when it didn't seem to be heating correctly. After I reset it, it did seem to work better after that. The water kept getting lower, and we could add any because the hose was shut off. They were supposed to service the hot tub during our stay, but we didn't see anyone and no water was added. This bring us to the main issues, the cabin instructions. There were several discrepancies among the online instructions and the various printed ones at the cabin. We tried our best to follow checkout procedures, but weren't sure exactly what we were supposed to do. They also need to add instructions for the hot tub controls. I tried to call the office during the hours that were printed, but they just gave another number to call. I didn't feel like playing phone tag so I didn't bother. The biggest issue I had was that WiFi calling did not work on the cabin WiFi. This was the main reason why I picked this cabin. So if you need WiFi calling, it may not work for you. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend this cabin.

This place is perfectly tucked away from the world but not too far of a drive to restaurants etc. There’s a pond and cave right on the property that was neat to see and the hot tub was a perfect addition. I would like to offer a couple of suggestions though, offer a non slip bath mat for the shower upstairs because it gets REALLY slippery, maybe some more lighting for the outside for those who arrive late at night we couldn’t see anything when we got there and a sign by the road, we passed the place up a couple of times. It’s an older place and is not perfect but it was clean, comfortable and suited my family of three just fine and we would definitely book again!! Customer service was top notch, very quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you for a great long weekend!!

It was a very simple process on line only took minutes. Can’t wait to do it again in May. Picking up keys was just as easy. Thank you
